Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Gran Canaria Mogan

Very beautiful and very nice service

Just wanted to mention the very good points on Raddison Blu Mogan and a couple of minor points. The Staff on Reception and In The Restaurants including chefs and servers were excellent. They were very engaging and courteous, helpful and could not be more helpful. Food choice was excellent although if you prefer food hotter it would of been handy if a microwave would of been available. Hotel bedrooms were looking a bit tired and needed repainting , there was a lot of dirty marks on wall. Not what I would expect from price point of view. Housekeeping hit and miss. I noticed that a pillow was missing a pillow protector. Not very hygienic. . Also just a observation that the tables laid and set with clean cutlery on outside tables were then walked over by pigeons which seemed unhygienic. I also agree with outside sunbeds being very uncomfortable. Can I really commend the Reception and all staff in the restaurants.

Destacamos cómo muy bueno el trato recibido por el personal que labora en el hotel, muy amables y resolutivos. La limpieza y el confort del hotel. A mejorar el buffet, a mi juicio debe estar mejor organizado y con la calidad y excelencia que requiere un hotel de 5 estrellas. Volveré en breve a disfrutar de la tranquilidad del hotel, comería en el buffet?? 🤔🤔🤔

You won’t be disappointed. Great hotel and spa that is clean and maintained really well. Staff go above and beyond to help and support you and treat you speciall.

Have just returned from a 9 night stay. Brilliant stay from the moment we walked in. Very clean and excellent daily housekeeping. We went for Bed and Breakfast option and Breakfast was excellent with great choices at all times. 10 minute flat walk to the harbour area where there are numerous restaurants for evening dining. Sun loungers always available by the pool, Rooms are very spacious with generous balcony. Will be back

We arrived at the hotel about 10:30 pm, too late for dinner, but had food left for us in our room. We had hired a car at the airport so arrived before the coach. This was our third visit to this lovely hotel and it was good to be back. Our room was on the third floor overlooking the quieter of the pools, it was clean, spacious with what must be the softest bed ever! Housekeeping made the room daily whilst we were having our breakfast, that was nice. There are plenty of sun beds, but be warned, they are the most uncomfortable I think I have ever used, plenty of umbrellas too. The artificial ‘grass’ does get very hot so be aware. The restaurant, now this is a conundrum! The food was good, with plenty of choice at both breakfast and dinner. I prefer poached eggs so I dutifully stood in line at the egg station, only to be told that I should order them with one of the many attenders, unfortunately no one seemed to have told them as when I asked I was referred back to the egg station! The was fish and meat cooked to order at dinner as well as many hot and cold choices. There was also an ice cream machine and chocolate fountain available each night. With this hotel not being adults only there were unfortunately children running around where people were carrying hot food, not the hotel’s fault, but worth a mention nonetheless. The other disappointment was that there was no sense of a dress code at dinner, hence some looked like they had just come from the beach, a shame really, not befitting a four star hotel. Last word though to the staff, they are the real gems of this hotel, they couldn’t do enough for us, and even offered encouragement when I tried to use my best Spanish! Definitely the best asset of the hotel. We ate in the a la carte restaurant one evening, courtesy of Jet2, which provided a calm change from the hustle of the main restaurant All in all a great ten days, thanks again, we will return!

The hotel was so relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. Our girls (23 & 18) really enjoyed it too. The staff was lovely & helpful & had a nice drink on arrival which was appreciated. The food was lovely & had a lot of choice. We decided to go 1/2 board because we didn't want to leave the hotel at night, we just wanted to chill & watch the entertainment & have a drink. But maybe next time we might go bed & breakfast because the restaurants looked lovely. We went to the spa which was really relaxing. Steam room, sauna, 2 plunge pools 1 freezing cold & the other a little warmer. There is a small pool which had different jets of water which was nice. There was also a 4 jacuzzi chairs you can sit in & a bit where you swim under for more bubbles. There was also another bit that had beds to sit on with more bubbles. There was 3 showers in there which had a bucket, jets & the other 1 wasn't working. There are beds inside, out you can chill on. A bathrobe & slippers are provided with a towel too. There is also treatments you can book. The entertainment was good. We unfortunately couldn't keep our room for a late check out because the hotel was so busy. But they provided us with a room to have a shower & provided towels too. It was a bit rushed because you only get 1/2 hour. The pool was lovely with a nice view & had a jacuzzi too. They also have a quiet pool too. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely chilled stay.

Just booked a few days to relax and chill out , brilliant stay , could not have be any better . Staff were brilliant kind courteous and professional, we will be back .

Best pillows ever! Excellent hotel. My only problems were not a lot on the a la carte menu and a lot of the balconies are not private. They have an AstroTurf walkway at the bottom so there is no privacy. But apart from that it is a fab hotel. If you are wanting to stay in the hotel all week then this is the place for you. If you like day trips then ai would recommend staying somewhere like playa del ingles as there isn't anything to do in Mogan.
