Apartamentos Cordial Mogán Valle

Firstly, the apartments are really nice and have been updated since our last stay a number of years ago. Balcony area is great and kids club and activities is excellent too. Unfortunately the pools are too cold. Even the kids pool which is supposedly heated. I see a comment by management about pools being heated to 21c. 26c is standard for an outdoor pool. There is only ever about 5 people in the pool at peak time and they're all shivering, with loads of people lying beside it who would happily get in if it was warmer. The quiet pool is the same. 2 people in that at any given time. Not sure if the owners are saving money by underheating the pool or what the logic is, but it's a shame. If cold pools don't bother you then it's a great resort.

Great relaxing time. Apartment good size staff were great especially Yilanna. Who could not do enough for us . Made us feel very welcome. Apartments a short walk from the beach and restaurants. A great terrace with each apartment. Apartment very clean

Another week spent at the excellent Mogan Valle apartments. Facilities as ever, really good. Rooms and balconies well equipped and clean. Super friendly reception staff with a special shout out to Vlad who could not have been more helpful.

The staff and facilities are great, we went for self catering which was great for us but also had the option to pay for a dinner or breakfast at the restaurant. There was a supermarket just across the road and the town was lovely. Very clean and good spacious apartments in very good condition.

Excellent family hotel complex. We had a one bed apartment which was perfect for a family of 4. Very spacious and a large balcony, we were on level 6 which required two lifts but the lifts were easy to navigate and quick. Being high up meant we had a great view overlooking the valley. The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen area were clean and modern with everything we needed. One slight issue we had was that the freezer compartment door latch was broken but this was immediately fixed when we mentioned it to main reception. The pools are great and we never had an issue getting beds as the pool opens at 10am. There is a super market opposite the hotel which will have everything you need and also a cafe for morning coffee. Don’t ignore the restaurants opposite the hotel, N44 is very good. The bus station is close by, we wouldn’t usually use local buses but the bus service is Gran Canaria is very good and very cheap, well worth visiting nearby beaches using the buses. The walk down to the marina is pedestrianised and very safe for young children. The evening entertainment was ok, there’s is a nice outdoor evening area for adults to have a drink and for children there is a soft play, table tennis and pool tables to keep them occupied. All the staff were friendly, helpful and hard working. We found the complex to be great value. We would certainly stay here again!

Lovely hotel shame no sun before 11am in April but would visit again.
