Great stay in Pescadero! The property was perfect as far as location to the beach, amenities, family-friendly, and well-appointed. The staff was friendly, and the unit was perfect for our family. Only complaint would be that the concrete walls/floors could be noisy when you're sleeping and someone's baby upstairs cries during the middle of the night. Other than that, it was great.

We loved this place! So clean, had all the amenities: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, condiments, trash bags and stuff you don’t want to buy a lot of when traveling! Would totally go back!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Cerritos Surf Residences for a week during winter break. We are a family of 10 (mother, son and daughter-in-law, daughter and son-in-law and 5 children ages 4-15). Last year, we all stayed in PH56 but this year we spread out and one family stayed in PS8. Both units come with a golf cart which is a big plus in getting beach chairs and boogie boards to the beach. We especially love the amenities that the owner of PH56 supplies to their guests. The first year I was not even aware that daily cleaning was included with this condo until a couple of days into our stay. This home away from home for the week was ultra comfortable and had everything you would possibly need. Cerritos Surf Residences are super quiet and clean. The first couple of days we were there this year, I felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Martin and Francisco make you feel special and are always willing to help with whatever is needed. If you need something, just ask and it is delivered to you within minutes. The whole staff is very helpful and friendly. We hope to be back for a third time in 2025.
