Hotel Riu Palace Tres Islas

Soggiorno molto confortevole, personale molto cordiale e professionale. Lo staff sempre pronto a risolvere i problemi. Particolarmente suggestive le piscine contornate da palme e siepi fiorite.

Just returned from staying at this hotel in June 2025 - what a fantastic hotel it is. I will book to return and happily stay here again. The hotel is fantastically situated right on the beach, which is great for a choice of where to relax. We stayed on an All-Inclusive basis and the food was fantastic and had such a large choice of fresh food which was constantly being topped up, replaced or being cooked. All the staff there were amazing, from reception, bar & waiting staff and the cleaners. We didn’t realise that they had table service around the pools and outside seating areas, which was a very pleasant surprise. You could always walk up to the bars and get your own drinks or bottles of water. As many other reviews mention there is decent WiFi all around this hotel including in our room and around the pools and grounds, which was very convenient. We didn’t book in the a la carte restaurant, as we didn’t feel the need to, as we were more than happy with food offered in the normal restaurant, so can’t say how good that was or not. We went there to relax and did so with ease. We did spend a few days on the beach rather than around the pools, which we did have to pay for the use of the sun-beds and parasols, which was €9 for 2 sun-beds and a parasol. We went with TUI and the TUI reps seemed to be at their desks in the foyer most / every day. Our rooms was a standard room with a sea view. It was large with 2 double beds together. There is air conditioning in the rooms and a ceiling fan. There is loads of storage and space in the rooms. Highly recommended place.

This hotel is in a fabulous location on the most beautiful beach and just 10 mins taxi ride outside main resort of Corralejo, hotel is lovely a bit dated but elegant, was spotlessly clean and staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Lifts were a bit slow but were ok on the whole, food was ok ranged from good to average,better some days than others, plenty of selection, morning cuppa never hot tho, and I will never understand how free cava for breakfast but have to pay for water with evening meal. only real gripe would be sunbed situation, felt compelled to go to beach because of the gauntlet towel run, think a booking system would definitely benefit guest's. Would I return to this hotel, yes in a heartbeat

Great value for money. Branded drinks, bar staff with impeccable manners & very attentive. Huge thank you to CARLOS who was 41 last week. Special mention to TINA also. Clean rooms, good restaurant & 2 fantastic beaches.

Amazing location. An old fashioned charm that was perfect for us. The character made it feel relaxing. The staff were wonderful. The large bedroom was cleaned to high standard. The food was best A I ever had. Entertainment was varied with some outstanding acts. Definitely will return.
