Hotel bien ubicado , apartado de la ciudad , zona tranquila y al mismo tiempo cerca de todo . Buffet Desayuno básico , recomendaría tener la cocina abierta para poder pedir … y habitación suite muy bien pero las vistas tapadas con dos pinos enormes que no me dejaban ver nada . Al mismo tiempo el acceso al hotel teníamos que entrar por el garaje ya que no hay alguna rampa o puente de acceso que comunica al hotel con la acera

Buen lugar

A nivel de servicio bien, solo que cuando se solicitaba algún servicio tardaron mucho, en la habitación no hay número para llamar a recepcion.

El hotel fue perfecto, un trato increíble, la habitación estaba muy bien, con balcón y el desayuno estaba buenísimo, con mucha variedad. Volvería sin duda.

Satisfait dans l’ensemble. Seul problème, notre cafetière ne fonctionnait pas. La seule proposition faite à été de prendre un café au restaurant dé l’hôtel et de payer. La moindre des choses aurait été d’offrir le café je pense. Malgré cela bel hôtel et personnel agréable.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y muy bonito el hotel lo recomiendo y en un futuro volveria a hospedarme.

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour un weekend car apparemment hôtel très cosy en photo et réputation NH. Quelle deception en découvrant la chambre digne d'un hôtel 2 étoiles niveau matériaux et ameublement;salle de bain très correcte mais nombreux cheveux et saletés sur le parquet qui d'ailleurs aurait pu être un peu plus qualitatif . Petit déjeuner très bien, rien a reprocher. Il est a noter que le parking extérieur presque obligatoire est payant(15 euros) Enfin pour couronner le tout,nous avons oublié et nous sommes fautif un écouteur iPod dans la chambre et après avoir envoyé un mail à l'hôtel qui nous a confirmé être en possession de cet écouteur,il nous a été sèchement répondu qu'ils n'étaient nullement responsables et que nous devions faire intervenir une conciergerie pour le récupérer . Une simple enveloppe aurait pu faire affaire. Bonjour le coté commercial

Exceeded our expectations! We truly can’t complain—NH Collection was an outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors and top-notch facilities that add to the luxurious ambiance. Initially, we had booked a stay at the neighboring Sant Grant, but unfortunately, it was such a disappointment that we had to leave. Despite both hotels being rated four stars, the difference in quality, service, and overall experience was like night and day. NH Collection completely turned our trip around, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and comfortable stay!
