Check in was stressful because of them explaining the ultra all inclusive and all inclusive option as to what’s included and what isn’t. The app is good and easy to navigate, the Golden Arrow buffet is solid but nothing spectacular, the themed restaurant always seemed a bit rushed with not a great selection to choose from. We did however managed to go to the lion heart restaurant which is Premium, where the service and food is great this could not be faulted if only some of this could be placed in to the other restaurants. The service and friendly staff were excellent, my son hurt himself round the pool and the lifeguard and first aid was there within seconds and called several times that day to check in. Rooms were very clean and refreshed daily. Fresh towels daily and mini bar topped up. Easy to find bars to get drinks daily. Facility great, waterslides and pools were lots of fun and not huge ques.
