They did not provide what they stated on their web page. We had to use another guest house, requested a refund and received no reply!

Rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels everyday, safe parking and area, convenient location close to all amenities and airport.

Poor condition! Fell down the stairs no signs slippery when wet, they did not even dry up the staircase in the morning after it rained. Bathroom moldy and shoddy, curtains not even hung up properly, curtains dirty. We were not even warned about load shedding when we arrived so were not prepared ahead of time. False advertising as it says breakfast patio… no such thing!!!

I would have been better off staying at a varsity hostel during rag week…. Noisy guests playing music in the halls, shouting, slamming doors ALL NIGHT. Attempted solution by staff was to move ME. Avoid!

Hi I am so furious I booked at Tariman boutique hotel, and what a mess so disappointed so so appauled by the place we paid R12K + for and the place smelled moulted from the ground floor to the passages and in rooms the internet did not work at all , the curtains was moulded the bedding you can see was not even ironed the rooms smelled stuffy and the sliding doors balconies could not opened then I get told about other guests breaking it what does that for to do with me I paid for the rooms now im restricted but I was charged for the room I thought I’m getting , there were no bathroom mats we had to stay for one night because we had no where else to go , when we checked out next day this woman that sat at reception just said there’s no refund , she had no clue why I’m leaving or asked is everything ok , I itches so much I’m not even sure if it was the dust in rooms because the windows alone showed there was no dusting done , I just still itch from the look and the feel of that place

We arrived at the guest house during load shedding and there was nobody to let us in whilst we waited on the road for 10-15 minutes. There was no water when we arrived and no water when we left hence not being able to shower or refresh. Mini bars had no contents and we were not offered a bottle of water or any sort of water to brush teeth in the morning
