Kovay Gardens

This was my first stay at my ownership in the residences at Kovay, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The accommodations were perfect—spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the room’s overall size and setup exceeded my expectations. What made the stay even more special was the opportunity to enjoy a great dinner with my family at the nearby lighthouse. We were treated to spectacular sunsets, accompanied by a delicious meal featuring the catch of the day. It was a truly unforgettable experience that added so much value to the trip. As a customer, I understand the importance of knowing exactly what I purchased and following the steps outlined in the contract. Doing so has ensured that I can fully enjoy my ownership and all the benefits that come with it. To be honest, when I first purchased, I was a bit skeptical. During the sales presentation, a lot was promised, and after reading mixed reviews on forums, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I’m so glad I chose to experience it for myself. Everything has exceeded my expectations, and my decision has been validated. This has been a wonderful first experience, and I’m genuinely excited to return and use the property every year if possible. I highly recommend giving this a chance—you might be just as pleasantly surprised as I was!

SCAM! If they take you on a marketing tour DO NOT INVEST! The marketing company--Capital Marketing DS--was supposed to liquidate our other timeshare and send us the money for it, and pay us for the weeks we didn't use. We were able to correspond with them about this for a short while but they no longer answer their phones or return email. It's been impossible to find any way to reach them. They owe us THOUSANDS of dollars!

We have been to several places in Mexico including Cancun, Los Cabos and Cozumel. We really enjoyed our stay here because the grounds were so beautiful, the staff was amazing and everything was just quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it if you are looking for true relaxation and no stress.

I have been using my membership at KOVAY Gardens for 3 yrs . And me and my family are very happy with it. Nice accommodation always available and excellent service. Since I became member in 2022 I can't wait to came back every year to enjoy the weather of this lovely bay. Staff very kind. I have obtained in every way what I expected from my membership.

This place is amazing! The presentation was so much fun and the whole experience was incredibly exciting. We absolutely love the villas and can't wait to make more memories here with friends and family To top it off the resort itself is very well-maintained and environmentally conscious. The service was professional and respectful. We appreciate the attention to detail and the commitment to sustainability

Last month we were invited to a presentation on the property. Not only did we fall in love with the place and decide to buy; the location & atmosphere ticked all our boxes and the service leading up to the sale was smooth and well carried out.
