Housing very well equipped (dishes, kitchen utensils, appliances,...) but would deserve a home staging and a soundproofing. Clean accommodation.

We have rented this apartment for the 3rd time in 5 years. The stay went very well, but no improvements in terms of equipment. The living room storage unit, the table, the chairs are over 40 years old. The Garden is still not properly fenced, no grass, on
