Senti paz interior rodeado de exuberante naturaleza.. una maravilloza experiencia... la calidez y amabilidad del personal hace grandiosa la estadia.. el Spa maravilloso en manos de Martha y la fina atencion de Mario y Guillermo nos pasar buenos momentos... esperamos regresar pronto.....

Magical, unforgettable experience, the food was 5 star. Highly recommend the seafood soup, homemade lemon pie, and the ranchero eggs for breakfast a must. Massages like no where else, I asked for a deep tissue massage and it was perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

Un lugar encantador. Mimado al mínimo detalle. Sumergido en la naturaleza. Caminatas increíbles. Paisajes increíbles. Descanso increíble. Una estancia increíble. Gracias al gerente por su amabilidad (no tengo apuntado tu nombre), a Joel, a Eduardo y a Guillermo por vuestras atenciones. Y gracias a todo el equipo por crear y mantener un espacio así. Cuando viajas tanto como nosotros a veces crees que estos sitios ya no existen. Pues existen! Está el The Lodge & Spa at Pico Bonito!!! Gracias! Jorge e Inmaculada

My family and I had the most unforgettable stay at The Lodge & Spa at Pico Bonito. The property is truly a hidden gem, and the entire staff was incredibly professional, warm, and helpful throughout our visit. The cabins were cozy and private, the trails were stunning, and experiences like visiting the butterfly house and spotting snakes turned into fun, memorable adventures for the whole family. The atmosphere encouraged us to slow down, disconnect, and fully immerse ourselves in the natural beauty surrounding us. One of the true highlights of our stay was dining at the Itzama restaurant. The food was not only delicious and fresh but also a great value for the quality and portion size. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of vibrant local flavors. What made our dining experience truly exceptional, though, was our waiter, Eduardo Reyes. Eduardo went above and beyond to make each meal feel personal and special. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in our comfort and enjoyment. From remembering our favorite drinks to making my grandmother’s birthday celebration feel incredibly special, he treated us like family. It’s rare to come across someone so passionate about hospitality — Eduardo truly elevated our entire experience. We left Pico Bonito feeling refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to our next visit. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, and especially to Eduardo, for making our time there so special.

Pico Bonito Lodge and Spa fue una experiencia en familia de gran satisfacción. Todo el Personal muy amable Seguridad excelente Comida exquisita en un restaurante bien natural rodeado de colibríes Cabañas estilo campeño relajantes, con todas las comodidades, limpias y bien privadas en medio del bosque. 100% naturaleza: bosque, aves etc. Principal actividad: senderismo.. súper fascinante. Piscina, sauna, masajes y Jacuzzis relajantes. Encontramos un Paraíso!

The waiter Eduardo Reyes was amazing! He gave us a 10/10 service! But also the cabins were comfortable and around nature sounds that help us have a wonderful sleep! The area and the trails are in very good conditions, that we went by our own in a full jungle experience!

Demasiado relajante, gracias Gaby, por esas manos angelicales, la verdad que me relajé demasiado, Dios las bendiga, estoy satisfecha y me siento con miles de carga menos, yo pienso que la calidad de el masaje depende de amor con el que se hace su trabajo u ellas lo hicieron al 100.
