這個酒店可能是特立尼達最好也是最貴的酒店了，但是這家酒店在攜程上的介紹完全是虛假的，當然因為我的投訴，現在他們已經把虛假宣傳圖片撤掉了，不是説這家酒店不好，但是虛假宣傳實在是太氣人了。希望以後攜程網上不要再出現類似情況。圖片是我定房時網站的宣傳截圖。圖片上的東西他們一樣也沒有，完全是虛構出來的！

位於小鎮的一個漂亮的小廣場邊 房間很大 維護的不錯 提供免費的瓶裝水和拖鞋 WI-FI會一直掉線 早餐很貴且難吃 服務員們則旁若無人的聚在一起聊天

Das beste Hotel unseres Kuba Urlaubs März/ April 2024. Beste Lage in Trinidad, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Plaza Mayor. Wunderschönes Foyer, große Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Frühstücksauswahlsehr gut für kubanische Verhältnisse. Das Hotel könnte auch außerhalb Kubas seine sehr gute Bewertung rechtfertigen. Einziges, aber für ein Stadthotel kleines Manko ist das fehlende Spa/ Gym, aber das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau.

Лучший отель на всей Кубе!!! Красивые и чистые номера, в номерах все в работаем состоянии. Гостеприимный и дружелюбный персонал, который всегда вам поможет. Основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности.

Servicio excepcional, especialmente por parte de Carlos, quien fue nuestro mayordomo. La habitación era preciosa pero el precio excesivo para no tener incluido el desayuno. Cuando poníamos el aire acondicionado entraba un olor a comida insoportable, por lo que no podíamos ponerlo.

Perfect location, everything in walking distance. Such wonderful and friendly staff. I has to get up early the next morning for my bus and the staff made sure I was ok and gave me a little gift box of water and a sandwich for my travels. Beautiful hotel and amazing food. Definitely recommend whilst staying in Trinidad

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und die Lage ist gut.Das Service war den ersten Tag gut.Wir hatten wie angekündigt ein Frühstücksbuffet.Nur am 2.Tag gab es kein Buffet und der Service war auch nicht mehr so gut. Wir wussten leider nicht warum.Für ein fünf Sternehotel etwas dürftig.

Hace unos días estuve en el Iberostar Trinidad con algunos amigos. Nos sentamos en el lobby bar y comimos pizza, nos tomamos algunos cócteles y la verdad.es que nos sentimos sumamente bien porque el ambiente era muy acogedor, la atención del personal excelente y la comida y la banda de una estupenda calidad. Recomendé el lugar al resto de mis amigos y no dudaría en repetir esta visita. Se ganaron un 10 .

Visito este hotel a menudo. Me satisface mucho el servicio que recibo y por supuesto la calidad de los alimentos y las bebidas. Se respira un ambiente excelente y un estupendo olor que me llama la atención, es un aroma que lo caracteriza y distingue de los demás hoteles de Cuba. Yo me alojó con regularidad en hoteles por mi profesión y la verdad siempre prefiero mi estancia en el Grand Trinidad.

Vengo regularmente al IBEROSTAR TRINIDAD a tomar un café y un trago de ron cubano. Me gusta mucho el lugar porque es un ambiente relajado, tranquilo, pulcro y porque me dan UN trato de excelencia. LOS empleados son MUY afables,educados, correctos y profesionales. HE viajado mucho, casi todo el mundo y de veras puedo asegurar que este es un hotel de Excelencia!

Très belle hôtel, bien situé avec un service impeccable... Je le recommande à tous le monde.. Très propre,la cuisine est très bonne avec des prix raisonnables...Les employés sont tous gentils et souriants ..Un service professionnel, on se sent comme à la malgré la grandeur de l' hôtel... Très jolie chambre avec tout les commodités..

El hotel iberostar Trinidad es un lugar de ensueños. Los trabajadores excelentes, el servicio estupendo. Tiene una ubicación oreferencial en el centro de una ciudad mágica. Prefiero ir a este lugar que cualquier otro porque además está súper limpio y se respira un aroma diferente y el ambiente en muy acogedor.

Très bel hôtel, un vrai 5 étoiles Gabriela à la réception très sympathique nous a accueilli avec professionnalisme et attention Tout le personnel est aux petits soins La literie, le linge de lit et les oreillers sont impeccables Très bien centré il est l hôtel idéal à Trinidad

An amazing experience!!! I love it!!! We had great time in the Iberostar Grand Trinidad hotel. I would recommend this hotel!!! The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel itself is a beautiful place to spend vacation. The city of Trinidad is a historic place and I would recommend visiting. It is a walking distance from the hotel to the downtown Trinidad. Food was delicious and fresh. They had the best coffee in town.
