The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything! Very lively and across the street of JR station. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the laundry was easy to use

Very tragically located opposite the train station!
Cost little room with a powerful hairdryer, bonus point!
They also provided pajamas

Room is small but well located to malls and train station. The sound insulation is good given the price point.

Worst ever stay at any hotels. First time stayed at the hotel without heating for the first two night with the temperature was ~40 degrees F. Called front desk, they gave me couple of blankets instead because they didn’t have control of the central system. Resides location nothing good to stay about this hotel. However, There are many hotels surrounding Kyoto Station for you to choose from besides ibis. I won’t recommend this hotel.
