酒店位置非常方便 就在京都站旁邊 服務很好，工作人員熱情 有會中文的前台 前台有稱可以稱行李 房間非常小 洗手間也非常小。

교토역 바로 뒤에 있어서 이동이 편리했어요 방은 엄청 작고 화장실도 좁았지만 머물만 했어요. 티비채널이 조금 적었네요

地點非常棒，就在京劇車站後站正對面，過條馬路就到，設施簡潔、明亮，缺點只是沒有保險箱及飲用水提供(包括大廳)，在大阪梅田車站的Ibis前述兩樣都有。

The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything! Very lively and across the street of JR station. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the laundry was easy to use

房間很小，沒有提供洗漱用品。就在京都站對面，很方便。前台服務員幫忙找回掉在出租車上的手機，很感謝。旁邊有家拉麪，強推，建議少油噢

Room is small but well located to malls and train station. The sound insulation is good given the price point.

房間較以前拿了靠的一排固定的椅子，感覺上房間空間大了但坐的衹有一把椅子，服務較以前稍差點，我們自己帶的被套和另外要的毛毯服務員整理房間時隨手一扔在地上，不像以前摺疊一下放床上。當然大堂服務員還是不錯的，我們買的食品他幫先放在冰箱，等我們入住時取，房間有冰箱，前台的服務員用英語溝通問題不是很大，介紹的詳細。

Worst ever stay at any hotels. First time stayed at the hotel without heating for the first two night with the temperature was ~40 degrees F. Called front desk, they gave me couple of blankets instead because they didn’t have control of the central system. Resides location nothing good to stay about this hotel. However, There are many hotels surrounding Kyoto Station for you to choose from besides ibis. I won’t recommend this hotel.
