很不錯的日式榻榻米房間，很乾凈，不過頂樓那個房間離空調外機比較近，會有一點聲音。

房間很乾淨，被子很暖，空調有冷暖功能，隔音確實不太好，入住手續是在走路5分鐘的地方，退房時拍照回傳就好，榻榻米的味道蠻重的

I think it is a good price for this location in Kyoto, but I expected to have a bathroom inside my room, as shown in the photo. But the toilet was public after all. There is a public sento around the corner. Nothing specific I would say. I've seen much better ryokans/hotels in Japan for a lower price. Still, it's good for 1-2 nights.

地下鉄の駅から近くて便利。 東本願寺がすぐそば、 少し歩けば京都駅周辺の賑やかなところへも行ける。 とても良い場所だと思いました。 3泊しましたが、離れのような静かな和室で 落ち着いて過ごすことができました。 スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で好感が持てました。 電話にはなかなか出てくれなかったですけど(笑) また京都に来ることがあれば、また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました！ 写真は、駅から憩いの家までの路地と (路地歩きがとても楽しかった！) 途中で見える東本願寺と京都タワーです。

很喜歡這個地方！是傳統的榻榻米！而且地理位置也不錯！ 除了隔音不太好其他都很喜歡！ 前台小姊姊服務也特別好！下次還住他們家～

Reasonable stay with reception in different place Japanese style room was okay! It is located on a quiet residential area about 15 min walk from Kyoto central station. The reception was at a different place (next street) - you need to goto this place for checkin formalities. This was mentioned in the instructions email, nevertheless it was not convenient. Bathroom taps were old and not that handy. To get the desired temperature of hot+cold water, some amount of maneuvering is needed!

Our room No 18 had a strong and very uncomfortable smell. It was beside the shower and all doors bump! People showering at midnight was disturbing our rest. The room was totally undecorated. No pictures at all, just blank walls.

Majoituspaikan vastaus: Thank you for your stay with us and we are sorry fot the noise problem. We will put a note on the door of the shower room to tell guests not to make a big noise at midnight. It is our first time to get this kind of noise complains and that's why we havn't put any note on the door. And about the smell of your room, I think it is tatami "Japanse straw mat" we use for the room floor. We use new tatami and new one has storng flavor than old one.Thank you for your valuable opinions and we will try our best to improve our services.
