近京都車站，環境乾淨，有時尚風格，似新裝修過。大堂設有基本梳洗用品及寄存行李服務，而職員們亦有禮殷勤，會推介給朋友

교토에 머물며 최고의 숙소였습니다. 사실 숙박 직전 전날에 예약해서 전 가성비는 모르겠습니다. 이전 숙소가 정말 별로여서 급하게 옮긴거였거든요. 근데 최고의 선택이었습니다. 대욕장은 작지만 알차고, 숙소 청결 정말 좋고 모든게 베스트입니다. 다음에도 또 방문할게요. 추천해요👍🏻

아이와 만족스러운 여행이었습니다. 교토 수족관도 도보로 이동하기 좋았고, 다른 관광지도 버스로 이동하기 편리했어요. 조식은 두가지 중 선택할 수 있었는데 둘 다 나쁘지 않았어요. 하지만 나흘동안 먹었더니 좀 물리…기는 했지만 맛있었어요. 대욕장도 작았지만 좋았습니다. 더할 것도 없지만, 뺄 것도 없는 정말 합리적인 호텔이었습니다. 미니멀리즘 그 잡채입니다. 돈키호테는 도보 1~2분 거리에 있고, 편의점은 바로 옆에 붙어있어요. 또 방문하고 싶어요 :)

從京都車站出來走幾分鐘就能到，非常方便。房間乾淨整潔，一樓有洗衣房， 製冰機，男女湯池和存行李自助存處

設施：温泉泡湯的非常舒適 還有免費冰棍 泡澡後可以自取 環境：離公交站很近，路口左右兩邊都有不同線路可以搭乘，走路5分鐘內 服務：服務人員親切，辦理入住時間也很快，離開酒店有可以寄存行李還可以自己設定密碼鎖上

出差選的這個酒店，出行還挺方便的，房間還可以，雖然比較小，但是衞生，床品還算過得去。前台的服務態度也比較好。

We have 2 adults and 2 kids to stay in this hotel. We input the correct number of people and specifically reserve a room with sofa bed, so that we can sleep with the kids. We requested to have 2 more pillows, 1 blanket and 1 bed sheet for the sofa bed at the hotel reception. The man who was on duty at night shift on 4 July 2024 refused our request impolitely and said we didn’t pay for the children. We checked trip.com again at once if we don’t input the number of kids for room searching, the price is cheaper! It’s ridiculous to response a customer like this! How can 2adults and 2 kids only sleep on 2 pillows with 2 quilts?

Therefore, we can only provide bedding for two adults who have paid the room rate. If you would like to use additional bedding for a child sleeping with you, you will need to pay an additional nightly rate. Please note that the guidelines regarding the use of bedding are also stated on our homepage.We also apologize for the lack of explanation by the staff who responded to your request on the day of your stay, which left you with some doubts.
