The room had an extremely disruptive **light green spotlight** that remained on even when all other lights were turned off. This made it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably, as the glow was intrusive and clearly not designed with guest rest in mind.
2. **Rude and Unwelcoming Check-Out Experience**
At check-out, the reception staff displayed a complete lack of hospitality. When politely requesting drinking water, they **refused in an impolite and dismissive manner**, making it clear that guests are no longer valued once their stay is over.
3. **Unprofessional Check-In Process**
Upon arrival, the reception staff failed to charge the correct tax amount during check-in. Instead of resolving this internally, they inconvenienced us by asking us to return to the front desk to settle the payment—a clear lack of attention to detail and guest consideration.
