設施：很齊全，水可以直飲，房間還有浴缸，一個人住行李箱也夠放，窗户非常隔音，工作日很安靜，旁邊就是友都八喜和堂吉柯德，對面有便利店，非常的方便，最重要離京都站很近。

早上11點放低行李checkin 職員有禮快速，出去走完一轉奈良，晚上回到酒店立即安排好房間。房內寬敞，衛生很好，需要嘅用品可以於大堂自助取用。汽水機和3部自助洗衣機設置於2樓，但晚上總是有使用中，不過有TV能查看到使用中情況及時間° 地面設有吸煙房，巨大的空氣清新機發揮很好，沒有一點氣味。大床和枕頭很舒服，浴室有Rain Shower。整體10分滿意。地點很方便，距離京都站5分鐘路程，酒店旁邊有大型購物商店，過對面馬路的街角有Lawson，要食要購物亦不用擔心。有機會再次選擇這一間酒店。

酒店位置極佳，有地下通道直達，旁邊有大型商場，附近有便利店，購物或出行都係方便，下次來京都會再選擇入住。

酒店不大但是挺精緻的，距離京都站很近，吃飯後續交通都很方便，房間標準高於平均水平，可以推薦。

This hotel is very near Kyoto JR station about 300M away and nice room but not too big as in most Japan hotels. Breakfast was ok and checking out in 1 min time by using the machine in front of reception counter and please don't lose your room key card as they'll charge you.

房間真的在日本算很大的了，浴室裏配了淋浴和浴缸（分開的），還做到了乾濕分離，卧室裏還有衣櫃，包括熨衣板都準備了。酒店大堂光是茶就有5、6種，還有宇治的抹茶，兩款掛耳咖啡，更温馨的事，還為小朋友準備了小童拖鞋，爽膚水乳液都是雪肌精的，非常貼心。當然最覺得超值的是，我入住期間已經漲了好多，感覺賺到了。

房間雖小，但配備了 refa 的電吹風和捲髮棒，一樓前台也十分熱情友好，自己根據需要自取護膚品等
