6k一晚感覺很不值，拖重行李箱很不方便，睡覺的地方沒有地暖，地暖在廁所和客廳，服務是好的，女接待員直接扛着50斤的箱子上2樓，佩服。早餐也不是很精緻，3個人一晚6k感覺很貴

房間很好 老闆配的洗漱用品 也很好就是退房時間太早 早上十點

Absolute wonderful stay for my teenage daughter and myself! We stayed in the Hanami room which was so spacious and beautifully decorated. Service was outstanding ... thank you so much Sae-san, Sherri-san and Rachel-san. In advance of our trip they assisted us with dinner reservations which were perfect. Very professionally run little ryokan in an amazing area of Kyoto.

This is the best place to stay in Kyoto! My husband and I were a bit unsure about staying in a ryokan so we booked 2 nights here and 2 nights in another "western style" hotel. We were sorry we did not stay all 4 nights here. This place is amazing! We were so well cared for and our hosts could not do enough to make us happy. There are only 3 rooms so that each guest is treated special and all of their needs can be met. I had complimentary matcha every morning and in the evening we had drinks at the bar. Shin was an amazing help and we enjoyed speaking with her at the bar. She was so kind and friendly. There is no television which added to the vibe of the stay-we were totally able to disconnect. Wifi is available as are high end toiletries and Dyson hair dryers. The air conditioning worked very well. This is an opportunity to have an authentic Japanese experience. The ryokan is perfectly situated in Gion, walkable to all the spots we wanted to visit. I cannot say enough good things about this traditional Japanese hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel for couples or families planning to visit Kyoto. This boutique hotel is beautiful, traditional and yet very modern. Our room was very big, beautiful, modern and clean. The staff is very friendly and with service mindset. We ordered the breakfast each time we wanted it, petite breakfast but good enough to get you started. The location of the hotel can’t be better than it is, at the heart of ancient Kyoto in a very peaceful area. There is a self-service laundry right next to the hotel which is also great.

This place is INCREDIBLE! I have no other words for it other than the most pleasant stay I could ever imagine having at a traditional Japanese ryoken. We opted for daily traditional kaseki breakfasts that were served in our room with tea and coffee, would sit at the bar and chat with the staff and sample their great Japanese whiskey collection, enjoyed our beautiful spa-like bathroom with private onsen, heated floors, temperature controlled shower area, and beds so comfy, you couldn't help but fall asleep as soon as your head hit the pillow. The staff were incredibly amazing and very quick to handle any needs we had—and they were SO friendly! We had several great and long conversations with them that they felt like friends more than hotel staff. The location was great too because you were a short walk to several temples, popular tourist sites and great food but was secluded enough that you felt like you could relax and detox from the chaos of other large cities in Japan. This was one of the best experiences during our 12-day stay in Japan. I highly highly recommend. One piece of information that might be helpful, the entrance can be difficult to find but the property will message specific instructions to show the taxi drivers so whether they know English or not, they'll be able to get you close to the entrance. Once dropped off, it's just a short walk to the entrance. But trust me, it's worth the search.

Perfect location…walking distance Gion and other shops to explore. Neat & clean… Sae, the manager is extremely pleasant. The rest of the staff go above & beyond. Breakfast is serve on time…and delicious! Very safe to walk around the neighborhood at night time. Highly recommend!!!
