The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for families. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the property, paid parking nearby, plenty of food options, and a supermarket just across the street. However, check-in is handled at a separate location near Kyoto Station, but transportation is convenient after check-in.

Service at check-in office friendly and helpful. Convenient shuttle from reception/ checkin office to lodging. Room exceptionally clean and comfortable and convenient with amenities like drying room in the shower area for laundry, kitchen, nice bathroom and nice decor. Loved staying here!

The place is really nice and clean. The service is good also.

checking in at a different location is a bit of a hassle when you come with your own car. The apartment not having a parkinglot ended up quite pricey as well. The room is as the fotos show. There are a lot of restaurants snd supermarkets nearby. It’s clean and comfortable. Check out is easy.

Can accommodate 7 persons . Very helpful staff who assisted to book a taxi Free shuttle from check in station to hotel , check in staff can converse in English who make our check in transition much Will definitely book again if visit Kyoto Not near train station so need pay bus transportation to get to train , w luggage is hard to bus around so need taxi to metro station

總括體驗還好，只是check in 需要先到另一地方搞手續，花了時間。入住需要另補什麼雜費（按入住人頭計算）。 房內也算衛生，設備也好，有洗衣珠配給，沐浴位置有乾燥功能，洗完衣服，第二天已干，垃圾要自行分類及丟棄，補充的垃圾袋也很足夠。 最值得讚許是，電視可用YouTube 功能，有login就可隨時睇到喜歡的戲。

Très pratique pour un voyage en famille car il y a une cuisine qui permet de ne pas manger tout le temps au restaurant. Le logement est grand. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas 1 chambre séparée du salon. Et l’emplacement n’est pas idéal car loin de Kyoto station et de la réception de RESI Stay. Le rapport qualité/prix reste imbattable.

5인 가족이 묵었던 교토 호텔, 정말 추천드리고 싶어요! 먼저 체크인은 교토역 근처의 레지 스테이 통합 체크인 센터에서 진행합니다. 이곳에서 캐리어를 무료로 맡길 수 있어서 정말 편리했습니다. 구글 지도에서는 지하도를 이용하라고 하지만, 그냥 1층으로 나와서 교토역 정면에서 오른쪽 대각선으로 걸어가면 바로 도착할 수 있어요. 체크인을 마친 후에는 셔틀버스를 타고 호텔로 이동할 수 있어서 처음 도착할 때도 부담이 없었어요. 지도 상으로 보면 기온거리와 좀 멀어 보일 수 있지만, 실제로는 동쪽으로 기온거리, 서쪽으로는 아라시야마 공원, 북쪽으로는 금각사가 있어서 어디든 15~20분이면 충분히 이동 가능합니다. 호텔 앞에 있는 이즈야마라는 마트도 정말 추천해요. 오사카와 비교하면 물가가 훨씬 저렴해서 이곳에서 많이 사도 손해 볼 일이 없습니다. 특히 면세 혜택을 받는 것보다 싸게 살 수 있는 물건이 많아 정말 알뜰한 쇼핑이 가능해요. 근처에 있는 백엔샵도 구경할 만한 곳이고, 세븐일레븐과 로손 같은 편의점들도 가까워서 편리했어요. 쿠라스시도 도보로 이동 가능하니 음식 걱정도 없습니다. 주변 동네는 아주 조용하고, 로컬 분위기가 물씬 나서 산책하기에 정말 좋았습니다. 저희는 3일 내내 하루에 두 번씩 동네 산책을 했는데, 그 시간이 아직도 생생하게 기억에 남습니다. 호텔 내부도 매우 깨끗했고, 제공된 세탁세제 향도 좋아서 빨래를 두 번이나 했어요! 와이파이도 빠르고 TV에서 유튜브도 볼 수 있어 아이들과 함께 있기 좋았습니다. 2층 침대가 있어서 아이들이 특히 재미있어했어요. 이 호텔을 위치 때문에 고민하실 수도 있지만, 사실 기온거리는 하루 이틀만 가도 충분해요. 오히려 일본의 로컬 느낌을 제대로 경험하고 싶다면 이 호텔을 강력히 추천드립니다.
