酒店位置非常好，就在京都站旁邊，八條口斜對面。步行到酒店，只須幾分鐘，自助早餐還不錯。酒店附近很方便

酒店位置非常好，行過馬路三分鐘就到京都站，周邊有幾個大型商場、各式各樣東西都可以買到。下午有免費咖啡或茶供應，大浴池比較細，但都不過不失，酒店員工英文非常好，態度熱誠，容易溝通。

房間很舒適，也很乾凈，亮點是温泉湯，有室內和室外，還有蒸的桑拿，我每晚都去。

Good service

Staff were nice however, I got an extremely bad cold from the constant COLD air conditioning in my room. It was blowing so much cold air, that I developed a bad cough, hurting chest and blocked nose from it. I was told that it could not be turned off. It ruined the rest of my trip. I will not be back at this hotel.

酒店地理位置可以，內部條件也不錯，就是樓道有油煙而且房間裏面也是我住的206房間有露台傍邊不知道是抽油煙機還是什麼一直嗡嗡響，而且油煙十分嚴重。可以説空氣十分差嚴重影響健康。露台衣服晾着也有油煙味，酒店最多提供兩瓶礦泉水，多的沒有這種麻煩在攜程頁面上寫清楚。如果要預訂不要預訂靠油煙機那邊味相當大

第二次入住皇家雙胞胎酒店。離京都站很近，對於大行李箱的遊客友好。步行直達。一樓大浴場也非常適合遊客一天下來解乏。唯一缺點房間太小，雙床房連一衹28寸的行李箱打開都困難。

Location is perfect but the room is super small. If you want to live close to Kyoto station, this is a perfect choice.

酒店前台人員非常有禮貌，房間衛生做得不錯。 酒店位置非常好，就在京都站旁。我們拖著行李步行到酒店，只須幾分鐘。去景點搭車超方便。酒店前面有便利店。晚上回酒可以買到零食。真的太好。

感覺對中國同胞區別對待，我們出行剛好碰見下大雨，就坐在大堂等待，服務員態度冷漠！跟着我們後面是位日本遊客，前台就趕緊遞上傘，態度好得不行！

Perfect hotel, nothing to complain about!

非常棒的住宿環境，服務人員都非常的好非常熱心， 1樓從12:00～23:00都有免費的飲料棒，咖啡機還有各式飲品，免費的飲品也很有質感，在進入車站後門出來，過個馬路就到，走到唐吉訶德賣場也只要5分鐘，泡湯的大浴池也非常乾淨，很棒的住宿。

when i checked in, officer requested me paid extra fee 5500 yen. I reserved 3 beds + 1 sofa bed room for 5,7, 15 daughter, my wife & me. He said that over 3 adults so that i needed to pay it. I rejected and he discussed with his manager again & again. Finally, it was waived. It is my bad impression when i just arrived/visited this hotel. I already reserved the largest room which was more expensive than double bedroom x 2 Also no this kind of conditional extra fee when i reserved this hotel.
