房間雖舊一點，總體還行，懷石料理也還OK，但是温泉實在有點小，而且蚊子，蟲多得讓人無法安心享用，有點失望。

Fantastic Onsen in the heart of Arashiyamana. Across the bridge so a bit quieter than the Main Street, wonderful and plentiful meals and service.

酒店位置就在渡月橋頭邊上，得天獨厚的條件，傍晚入住，會給你介紹酒店使用的事項，晚餐就在房間體驗特色的懷石料理，但是不包酒水，我們點了清酒和啤酒，儀式感滿滿，酒店設施比較舊了，走樓梯都覺得要小心翼翼，因為是櫻花季，價格比較高，但是體驗一下還是不錯的

春の桜満開🌸時期の高齢の母との嵐山旅行。 昔からあるスタイルの旅館に泊まるのは久々でした。 ここでは一泊。 温泉があり、立地よく、夕食・朝食つき。 料理は、美味しかった。 ・夕食の、筍ごはん、ホタルイカの天ぷら⋯ ただし量が多い⋯最後は残さず食べるのが苦行になり、美味しいのに⋯そこが残念。 ・朝食は、量＆質とも完璧かも。 施設は、 ・客室など古いけれど、きれいに保てている。 ・最上階の露天風呂は、気持ちよかった。露天風呂の清掃の維持管理は、もう少し配慮が必要かと。 旅館は、働いているスタッフさんの距離が近いせいか、働きぶりを垣間見れます。長年貢献しているスタッフさん、新人のスタッフさん、それぞれが働きやすい旅館であり続けてほしいと思いました。 また、宿泊したいと思える旅館でした。 （夕食のために、今度は昼食を抜いていくかも。笑） このたびは、ありがとうございました。

サービスとロケーションは素晴らしい。 強いて言えば、施設がやや古いのが難点。 よい旅行の思い出が作れました。

房間很好，晚餐早餐也很好。服務也很贊。這次體驗到了雨中嵐山的美麗。唯一有點遺憾的是房間的浴室由於老式的建築問題有點味道。不過由於使用免費的温泉浴場的原因，沒有使用房間的浴室。希望酒店能想辦法解決好。

房子是有些年頭了，不過維護的不錯，就是有些小，但很精緻，是日式的風格。服務的奶奶有趣可愛。 料理精緻，但是菜不能更換，不能吃也要上有些浪費，可能因為是家庭旅館模式，無法提供靈活的個性化服務。 位置很好，浴場不大但是也很好，地墊有時候會有草刺紮腳，房間關上門裡麪的隔音很好。

酒店地理位置優越，位於嵐山渡月橋中心地帶，步行10步就到，酒店屬於日式建築風格，歷史悠久，周邊都是老建築，酒店卧室很大，浴缸、沐浴，都是標配，乾濕分離。 是酒店打掃的非常乾淨。服務人員都很貼心，還仔細擦拭每件行李。 酒店的早、晚餐也很棒，值得推薦及體驗，餐廳的環境、早餐的品質都非常高，關鍵服務非常體貼。

Stayed here in November 2024 and there's nothing to complain about. The price is high yes, but Hanaikada is a ryokan. You get traditional Japanese experience plus the comforts of western amenities like bidet toilets, hot/cold sinks etc...rooms were huge. the low number of guests also mean low disturbance. Kaiseki dinner had puffer fish and my surprise amused the host. The breakfast serving was so generous that I almost couldn't finish my food. The private onsen was open air and so nice. The tub that you soak in is actually sheltered, so no problems soaking if it rains. It's about a 15 minute walk from Saga-Arashiyama station and Arashiyama station. Otherwise there is another Arashiyama (Tram) station about 10 minutes away, so connectivity is good. I won't mind staying here again if cost is no issue.

Hotel posizionato in maniera eccellente con buona parte delle camere che danno sullo storico ponte e sul fiume. Accoglienza eccellente, ospitalità senza eguali. Onsen comuni abbastanza piccoli, probabilmente non si prevede permanenze oltre i 20/30 min. Onsen privato all’aria aperta piccolino. Per provare le sensazioni vanno assolutamente bene. Cena esteticamente superlativa, i gusti sono ottimi ed aderenti alla tradizione. Dormire su futon é un esperienza che non si può mancare in Giappone. Yakuta a disposizione e ciabatte per girare liberamente in tutto il Ryokan. Davvero da fare. Bravi!

We had lunch here and it was fabulous! Everything was so delicious and the setting was so authentic including the best service I have ever experienced. We also booked the private bath that was a perfect water temperature for our rainy afternoon and left us relaxed and warmed throughout our day.
