非常好的酒店，推薦。地理位置好，周邊美食多，房間大，服務也特別好

房間很好 也很安靜！價格也很能打 房間挺大的 兩次入住都很開心。酒店對面有個酒房的餐廳也很不錯

交通便利，房間舒適乾淨，服務也好。

酒店藏於安靜閑適的生活區，離地鐵站步行幾分鐘，位置很方便，距離最繁華商業街也不遠。房間面積在日本算很大，非常乾淨，應有盡有，甚至還有獨用的洗衣機烘乾機。請前台幫忙訂了三晚晚餐，都在酒店步行10分鐘範圍內，性價比都很不錯。總體而言，是下次還會考慮再住的酒店。

這是衹有幾個房間的精品民宿 座落在單行道的居民區裏 所以門口沒有出租車 必須走到大路上 出租車也不會知道這個酒店 沒有lunge 衹有一個服務員值班 完全沒有服務 我住的是個狹長房型 正面窗假窗 側面打開一股隔壁樓的油煙味 裝修精緻很新 最好評沒有任何異味 浴室非常好用 毛巾柔軟 吹風機是二百元的 風太小 長髮太崩潰 西式早餐送進房間但品質極其普通 以後這類酒店點評再好也不會選 淡季大倉37平方米的也這個價格 服務畢恭畢敬 配套完善 這種小店怎麼能比

It’s so clean with all u need amenities! Staff are so friendly! Even tho there are still cons like location and u have to give back the key to front desk every time u going outside, but I will still rate it 5/5

在京都住的很好的酒店，整體酒店不大，一層4間客房，單獨的衞生間，淋浴房乾濕分離，有洗衣機和烘乾機，一家人住宿體驗非常舒適，酒店位置屬於比較安靜，但離周邊錦市場和大丸步行10分鐘，很是方便，推薦這家酒店

少人数規模のホテルで静かに落ち着いて過ごせました

一度予約し、手違いでキャンセルしてしまいました。ですが、もう一度その予約を復活させてほしいと連絡を入れたところ快く受けてくださり、とても広く綺麗なお部屋に泊まることができました。 宿泊中も笑顔で対応してくださり、滞在中もゆっくりお風呂に浸かったり、広いベットで睡眠をとったりと、体を休めることができました。 こんな世の中ですが、これからも頑張ってください。 お世話になりました。

Wonderful Stay! We had an outstanding stay at Tomoya Residence Hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful or polite, the location was excellent for exploring the back streets of Kyoto, and the room itself was perfect for our family of three to have a comfortable space with thoughtful details throughout. Such a nice, intimate hotel - cannot imagine a better place for us to have started our trip in Kyoto. Thanks to the team at Tomoya for a memorable visit!

We stayed here for one night, and the suite we booked was perfect for its value, even during high season. This is my sixth visit to Japan and approximately tenth hotel, and I can confidently say this was the very best in terms of value and service. However, what is even more commendable is the level of service offered here. For instance, my mom and I were trying to navigate our way back to Osaka late at night, hours after we had checked out. The kind gentlemen at the front desk could not have been more helpful, assisting us in selecting the best train and providing detailed instructions to reach the appropriate station. They were patient and caring, embodying the absolute best of the world-renowned Japanese standard of service. We cannot wait to return on our next visit to Kyoto.
