這是最差的溫泉旅館! This is the worst ryokan I’ve ever stayed in Japan!
前台服務員很友善及專業,但晚餐服務員是日本最差的! The front desk is very friendly and professional, but ruined by the catering staff during dinner time!
我們在今年四月二十四日起共住宿兩個晚上,第一晚,八點到達,居然要等到 20:15才可以入坐,沒有道歉,全日本也沒有這個差服務! We arrived on April 24, 2025 and stayed for two nights. At 20:00 we approached the dinner reception, and waited until 20:15 without any explanation. What kind of poor Japanese service?!
入座後,女服務員,負責我們216及220號房間,解釋餐牌時態度極之不耐煩,而且她手持的餐牌差點刮傷我太太臉部! 當我們開始進食時,她居然要我們數次用手隔空接她手上的食物,而不是行到我們這一邊坐位,慢慢放下。日本人是這樣的服務態度嗎?After being seated, the waitress (seems arranged to guest from room 216 and 220), explained the menu in a rude manner, worst of all, her menu almost hit the face of my wife!!! Then, when we started eating, she requested us to take the dish from her hand instead of walking to our side and putting the dishes on the table. Is this the proper service provided by the friendly Japanese people?
我們的hot pot 沒有汽,過了10分鐘居然沒人理會,然後我起身走岀去找服務員,天啊,這是什麼酒店?我真的在日本嗎?我做了什麼壞事令服務員憎恨我? The can for our hotpot is running out of gas but nobody care in more than 10 minutes, oh my goodness, I love Japanese people and we are not selfish tourists, why the hotel staff hate us?
我發誓我再也不到這家酒店,史上第一差!!! Believe me, this is the worst hotel in Japan and if possible, I will rate them -100 star!
