Extremely satisfied with our stay.
Room was clean and spacious, perfect for 3 pax. Water pressure was strong too. Hotel is within walking distance to Kyoto Station (5-7mins).
The hotel also very kindly provided free bfast at the exec lounge for our room tier. Variety is the same throughout but hey, no complaints considering how it’s complimentary.

Great service, concierge (?) Murat was very helpful and friendly. Location is good, close to the station. All the amenities are great, good value for money.

Quite new hotel. Staffs are welcoming and it’s close to everywhere for drivers. Would recommend to stay in this hotel

The quality & the service does not represent the Hilton brand. Location was not so close with station & you'll need to walk ~10 mins to/ from the station, which is hard especially if you have a lot of luggage. Staff was not welcoming and not helpful, even after check out they refuse to give me a bottle of water. It did not represent the friendly city of Kyoto that I love. The lobby was not nice and felt very cramped for a 5 star hotel, it felt like a 3 star hotel which was disappointing considering how much I paid for my stay.
