Hotel Alpská Vyhlídka

The location of Alpska Vyhlidka is very secluded and beautiful. The views of Sumava landscape from the hotel, balconies and terrace are memorable. The Iron curtain history exhibit educates and reminds not to forget the years under dictatorship . The room was simple and comfortable. Noise level was less than acceptable as the neighbors above and besides our room could be heard. The restaurant menu and food were average. Unfortunately, the service was poor. There was a lack of effort to greet guests with a smile and attention. The breakfast buffet got emptied 15 minutes after breakfast started and my party had to ask for coffee and other food choices to be replenished.

We have been there for the retreat of our company. Total 27 people. All the stay in the hotel was perfect. The staff was always willing to help and meet our requirements. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The meal was delicious including the deserts. The place itself is wonderful and we had few very nice trips to the surroundings. It’s good to know that due to the National Park area, there is a forbiddance to drive the motor vehicles there (valid from Kvilda) and for the arrival and departure day you will get from the hotel official permission.
