استمتعت في الإقامة رغم قصر المدة . المواقف متوفرة . الاستقبال والخدمة جدا سلسة وراقية . الغرفة واسعة (شخصان) . الإفطار متنوع ومطل على المدينة والبحر (الطابق 22) . سأعاود حتما للفندق . شكرا لكم .

櫃檯及餐廳的服務態度良好，地段一流，若想用巴士城市遊覽，由酒店不到5分鐘的路程就有。在齋戒月時期給予很多幫助。人性化的酒店。

風景不錯，住宿條件OK，服務挺好的，早餐樣式不太多，有待改善。位置，離海邊有點遠，得打車才能到，要是能在近一點就好了

I would definitely stay here again. I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were very professional and quick to get me checked in, and then throughout my stay, were consistently very helpful, quick, and professional in addressing my requests. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The room was spacious, and the views were wonderful. The location is also good. If I had one complaint, it would be that the windows needed to be cleaned from the outside, but my stay was during a very dusty time of year in Kuwait City.

Good location - Good Stay Hotel very up to par in very nice part of town. Received a nice upgrade albeit a few problems with shower drainage that was very promptly addressed. Overall very comfortable and lovely staff. Bathroom can do with bit more cleaning, not to say it was very dirty.
