客廳可以看雪景，還能看到滑雪場，廚房用具一應俱全，在國內帶些火鍋調料，完全可以做一鍋牛肉火鍋，不要太完美。客廳有獨立的一間塌塌米，有推拉門，打呼的男士一點不會影響我和女兒的睡眠，套房裡間的卧室衞生間是雙台盆的，有個大浴缸，滑完雪回來感覺受涼了，立即可以泡個熱水澡，衞生組每天三個工作人員打掃房間，效率很高，餐廳吃食品種還行，在酒店的拉麪館還偶遇了秦奮

簡直太讚了！坐在大堂或享用早餐，羊蹄山就在窗外。酒店出售和出租滑雪用品齊全，工作人員熱心專業，整個酒店動線/流程真的設計完美便捷，一天多趟專車來迴雪場和酒店接送住客。設在酒店的阿夫利麪館，每天排長隊，但住客可以選擇去吃早餐✌酒店周邊有便利店酒吧餐廳，很方便。絕佳的住宿體驗👍

人山人海的二世谷，選擇這個酒店太棒啦，尤其是一應俱全的廚房設施，自己做飯非常方便，去雪場有shuttle也很快很便利.

第二次住setsu，酒店整體都不錯的。但是萬萬沒想到……辦退房的時候忘記拿冰箱裏的東西和門口一雙運動鞋，再折返去拿的時候已經沒有了。冰箱裏有一瓶貴的香檳還有一盒藍莓全沒了鞋也沒了，最後衹還給我冰箱裏5塊錢的那種便宜飲料，真的醉了，保潔人員什麼素質啊，沒想到這種事情會發生在日本，太無語了！
