residence那邊的房間很適合我這種solo traveller，餓了可以自己煮東西吃。酒店幾個餐廳的餐也很好吃。Niseko算是我非常熟悉的滑雪地點了，PH餐廳確實口味匹配的上價格的了。 酒店有自己班車送你去Kutchan鎮或者Hirafu，吃飯/逛超市都很方便。

酒店服務一般.衞生打掃也不乾淨.地下都是頭髮我們早上出去給酒店電話説請打掃房間.我們下午2點回到酒店依然還沒有打掃.

We think this is the best hotel in this area for ski in ski out, hotel is big with many restaurants. We had good service from May at the China Kitchen. Check in was so so as they told us no late check out whatever the level of our Hyatt membership, we stayed at the residence side with an Onsen in the room. Great views of the ski. Our friends stayed at the hotel side and they got late check out. But all in all great for us since our little girl likes this hotel for the multi food experience and the playground plus the wonderful ski lessons by Daisuke, we will be back again

頂級度假酒店，目前獨佔二世谷花園滑雪場（新開了個nikko style），分為公寓樓和酒店樓，服務一樣，公寓房帶洗衣機/烘乾機，電磁爐，各自都有獨立的雪具大廳，住客可以免費使用locker。滑完雪回酒店收拾的時候工作人員會主動幫忙拿雪板。餐廳最好需要提前預約，總共七八家餐廳，不預訂的話大概率衹能吃到中餐和意大利菜，中餐味道較為普通。裝修風格現代奢華。早餐出品略差，無鮮榨果汁（雖然日本好像大部分都不提供），早餐品種類別個人感覺不如國內酒店，菜品較少。可以提供直接把雪具寄回國的服務，郵費會從按金中扣除。有卡拉ok室提供，收費較貴，好像是20000jpy/h（可能不準確）

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono 嘅住宿體驗非常出色。酒店嘅設施現代而豪華，房間寬敞舒適，配備高檔浴室，真係令我感到賓至如歸。酒店位置優越，四周環繞住美麗嘅自然風景，特別適合滑雪愛好者。餐廳提供多樣化嘅美食選擇，無論係日式料理定係西式餐點，都非常好味。服務人員友善專業，隨時樂意幫助客人，令整個住宿過程更加愉快。總括而言，Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono 係一個理想嘅度假選擇，無論係家庭定係情侶都會鍾意呢度嘅氛圍同設施。強烈推薦！

很少寫差評！非常非常不專業的一家柏悦！員工毫無職業素養可言（除了客房的日籍服務員）因為態度要投訴還説“好啊，早就該投訴我們同事了”….工作有必要帶那麼大情緒嗎？歐美員工和國內實習生像沒有培訓過，傲慢且沒禮貌，看臉色受氣！周邊除了雪場沒有任何設施，把你關進村就開宰，吃住玩都得在酒店裡消費，又貴又難吃（小某書一致差評）隔壁山翠不知道要比他們好多少！二世谷衹推薦山翠！別當冤大頭住柏悦！一住一個不吱聲，辜負了那麼美的風景！

酒店服務無敵，裝修也非常贊，問題就是走到纜車還是相當有點距離，扛着雪板挺累，感覺都不能算滑進滑出酒店了

The service and rooms are unbeatable. Despite it takes us a while to drive from Airport to the hotel, but the room, the view and the people from Park hyatt. I’ve been travelling over half the globe,this is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed so far. Love the hand sanitiser machine are everywhere in the hotel corner despite the end of pandemic.
