My experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway . What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Can't wait to return!

Enjoyed the excellent view of Mount Yotei from our spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It's nice and cozy with heated flooring and the kids loved the bathtub! Location wise it's just a short walk to the main street, and along the way there are restaurants available for choosing. Shoutout to staff Dylan, Georgia, Andrew, Mookda and Arthur for their warm hospitality and help during our stay! Would stay again in future 🙌

Amazing unit, Modern warm, clean & comfortable. The major factor during our stay was how obliging the check in staff were, the boys and Ariana could not do enough for you. We were transported daily to and from various parts of the resort, each day.

A gem in Niseko Stayed during winter in 2 Bedroom Yotei Premier Residence, check-in was a breeze as on-site reception was staffed 7am-10am and 3pm-10pm. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Special compliments to Ariana for the kind assistance rendered during our stay. She was resourceful, reliable and proactive in attending to our requests and situation, making our stay a pleasant one. She also meticulously crafted a note comparing the activities tailored to us, which is delightful. Amazing view, good quality furnishing and linen, underfloor heating and tastefully renovated, a highly recommended retreat!

We’ve been here on Nov 29-Dec 2, 2024 for a family vacation. Good thing it snowed a few days before we arrive, so we got a taste of snow and a ride to a lift. Terraze Niseko is perfect for such type of vacation. We booked the 3 bedroom unit with a very spacious living room, dining and open kitchen with a perfect view of Mt. Yotei. The view alone is worth the price. Plus the very accommodating staff, Ryo, Ryan, Luke and Chris. You really made us feel at home. Thank you!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was PERFECT! The staff is honestly what made our visit 5 stars from Dylon & Sarah welcoming us at check in to Louis & Fletcher driving us to & from the mountain each day and finally, Arthur & Jordie helping us coordinate our luggage shipment!
