"It appears that the POS terminal may have been infected with malware while being connected to an open WiFi network. As my phone was also connected to the same network, there is a possibility that unauthorized access may have occurred. I have brought this matter to the attention of the hotel staff; however, they were unable to provide a resolution and stated that the issue is not from their end. Given the seriousness of the situation, I have already filed a cybercrime complaint, which is currently under investigation."
