Both meals are buffet-style, and for dinner, you can order some additional local specialties. Overall, the food was decent. The men's outdoor bath is quite small, just enough for a quick dip. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Environment: Excellent. Service: The front desk staff's English is very poor, so be prepared with a translation app, but their service was otherwise good."

"The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Unazuki Station. Since there was a heavy storm that day, It was raining, so it was a bit awkward dragging my suitcase to the hotel. It was just renovated in 2023. There is a little smell in the room and the hot spring is very good! I paid extra to book a private bath. The water quality is so comfortable! The accommodation included dinner and breakfast the next day. The dinner was delicious. A male waiter could speak simple Chinese and had been to Shanghai. Basic communication was no problem. Breakfast the next day was still delicious. This hot spring area is relatively unpopular and there are not many online introductions, but it can avoid the crowds."
