"The housekeeper service of the homestay is very good, waiting for us directly at the entrance of the scenic spot. We booked a private courtyard with 3 beds. There are exactly 3 generations of us, and we don’t affect each other. The decoration shows that the owner has put a lot of thought into it. The sanitation is also very clean. The elderly like the decorations in the room very much. They are all nostalgic and can talk about the past with their children. There is a small courtyard outside where you can smoke and drink tea. I am very satisfied with this trip. Next time I go to Zhouzhuang, I will book Huafang Mingsu."

"Stayed for two nights in early June. The B&B's location is excellent, offering tranquility amidst a bustling area. The interior environment is elegant, evoking a sense of quaint bridges over flowing water. The staircase leading to the second floor felt like a hidden path in a forest. The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable; I fell asleep quickly on both nights and slept soundly through till morning. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Zhouzhuang next time!"

The amenities were extremely outdated; the hairdryer was the kind from 20 years ago and didn't work, and the shower water was inconsistent, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. The breakfast was okay, not particularly plentiful, but enough to fill you up. In short, the stay was unpleasant."

"First, the price doesn't include breakfast. Second, it was newly renovated, and the formaldehyde smell is extremely strong; there's no formaldehyde removal equipment in the room. Third, the soundproofing is poor; I can clearly hear the toilet flushing in the upstairs room. Some good reviews mentioned convenient parking and charging stations on the basement level, but when I arrived, the underground parking wasn't even open to the public yet—these reviews are obviously fake. The only good thing is the decent service at the front desk. I wrote this review seriously to provide a reference for other readers."
