這家酒店整體體驗超棒，設施設備齊全又嶄新，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，衞浴設施好用，空調、燈光、網絡都很穩定，使用起來特別舒心。公共區域環境雅緻，休息區寬敞明亮，配套完善，細節做得很到位。最驚喜的是還有智能機器人服務，送物、送餐都很及時，反應靈敏又可愛，科技感十足，既方便又有趣。服務人員態度熱情周到，辦理入住快捷高效。整體性價比很高，住得安心又愜意 花茶也很好喝退房時還向前台要了幾包呢

Hotel is located in a good location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are quite big but the toilet and shower areas are dated. Windows are small and can make the room feel a little dark. Every morning you can hear quite a lot of noises from door slamming which is kind of annoying. Service wise just average, nothing wrong but you only get the bare minimum kind of service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their kindness and great service. We arrived very late after midnight, but the staff kindly waited for us and even walked out to welcome us when we arrived. We were quite hungry at that time, and the staff thoughtfully helped us by providing hot water for our cup noodles and even bringing it up to our room. It was such a small but very touching gesture that we truly appreciated. Communication was never a problem because the staff tried their best to use translation apps to communicate with us. Their effort and friendliness made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Everyone at the hotel was lovely. The chef who prepared our breakfast was also very kind, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is also in a great location where many things are within walking distance, which made it very convenient to explore the area. Thank you again to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

The location was relatively close to the lake and close to a metro station, but otherwise far away from the city centre. In hindsight I might have booked a hotel closer to the centre.
