The room is small, but has everything you need. We encountered a few issues in the bathroom: the toilet seat was broken, the hot water took almost five minutes to come through, and the showerhead was partially clogged. Still, it's a hotel with good value for money.

The room was neat and clean. Location was a bit difficult to find if you don’t know Mandarin. Hosts were lovely and accommodating. Very close to the green lake and the temple.

Great location close to many amenities !! No issue with WiFi working greatly, been watching films every night !!! Great stuff, very friendly and helpful , stayed for few weeks, never had any issues !! Walking distance to various shopping malls and night markets !! Fruit market and vegetable markets very close by !!! Very convenient transport links, buses, tube taxis, rent electric bikes/scooters, etc…! About 10 minutes, walk to the great gym with a swimming pool !!! Many Great Dental Hospitals, fixed my teeth while staying, managed to install crowns !!! Also, if have time can have a good quality implants !! Very close to Kunming Zoo, other parks a temples…!

Everything was perfect. The room is warm and has everything you need it. The position is near to metro and there are restaurants to eat.

Good hotel to spend some nights when you are in Kunming! Shower was cold the first day but after very good!

It was kind of hard finding the place since it is located behind the park in a narrow street. The house probably has had better years and the rooms as well. The bathroom made us postpone the showering for another day, towels had brown patches and the hole room, including us after some time in there, smelled like an ashtray. We planned to stay 3 nights but left after one. The owner was fair and only had us pay for the first night. Our clear impression was, that this is a place where adult people stay for one night to have fun.

Great location, look for the yellow boards and you will find it easily. The room items are little bit used but all is all right and clean. I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.

Very good value for a strategic location very close to the green park. The room is spacious but a bit hot during the summer. Interesting is very slow at the 4th floor in the 2nd bldg. Prefer to stay at the lower floor.

N.I.G.H.T.M.A.R.E EVERYTHING IS WRONG about this hotel. 1. Locations The location in the map (baidu map or any local map) is a false advertisement to trick travelers into booking. The location they show is convenient but the real location is far into a small and questionable alley. It’s not too bad in terms of transport (extra walk of 500m) but it’s shady and is a warning sign already. 2. Wrong room We’ve booked 2 weeks in advance but they don’t keep any room for us. They had us check into an absolute nightmare of another room in a nearby hotel to wait for a day before finally getting into their hotel. What kind of hotel work so unprofessionally? We’re foreigners first tine coming to Kunming late at night so we have no choice but to settle in as they arrange. This alternate room is beyond nightmare, given that the real room is garbage already (considering the price range) On the second day, after much pushing we finally were rearranged into our booked room. It’s not that better than the first room, as detailed followed. 3. Staff attitude I speak Chinese so I don’t complain but foreigners need to prepare because staff can’t speak English. What drags me down is the attitude of staff, cold as ice and not helpful at all, even when asked. 4. Cleanliness The nightmare starts from here. The first room stinks like hell. The room is permeated with cigarette smoke and many others that i can’t tell a part. The worst part is the bed is so embalmed in cigarette that we can’t really sleep. The actual room is just slightly better, with less scent of cigarette at least. Nevertheless the room doesn’t welcome you with a pleasant smell. 5. Amenities Wifi None of the many wifi actually works. The speed is slower than a snail could travel. We repeatedly asked staff to check wifi but it’s never been a bother to them and it never improved. We can’t use the internet at all, even with native app like *******, wechat,…. What a nightmare. Bathroom First bathroom is so terrible that i don’t dare to take the shower in it. The second room is not better, the bathroom door and the toilet are all broken, barely useable. The water pressure is not enough so the water runs slowly. Luckily, hot water still works. Bed The bed is embalmed with cigarette smoke and needs more pillows. Wardrobe There is not any wardrobe in either room. There is indeed no facilities to keep your clothes and luggage, we have to put everything in the floor, although the room is so tiny already and there is barely any space to walk. Water They didn’t provide any water to drink. All hotels we stayed in in china offered water to drink except this one. Not a big problem but I suppose it’s a standard and they are stealing it. Lighting Every room has only one small weak and constantly annoyingly flashing light. There is not enough light in the room and the only light source is flashing annoyingly. Be prepared. Noise The worst part about this hotel is the noise that keeps you from even sleeping. First the window barely fit, so it can’t block noise from the road and people outside talking. I can hear people talking as if they were right beside me. Secondly, guests at the house are very noisy even late at night, loud talking and shouting incessantly, closing door like they wanna break them… the only bare-able time is from 2am-5am Other points. This part is not a complain given the price, but guests should know. The hotel is old and so is the facility, better try a newer one The room is tiny, so is the bed. It’s smaller than standard size. There is no heating or conditioning, the door doesn’t fit so it’s very cold at night .

Did the job for a night, but it was quite dirty. However, for the price, good value.

Said we get a free upgrade. The room was in the basement, dirty and smelly. When it came to the checkout we saw how the other rooms looked like (way better). They obviously put us in one of the last available rooms👎
