SFEEL Designer Hotel (Kunming Nanping Pedestrian Street)

I recently stayed at the Sfeel Hotel in Kunming and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I checked in, the friendly and dedicated staff made me feel welcome. Their eagerness to help and superb service stood out throughout my stay. The rooms are modern, spacious, and meticulously clean – a real treat. I particularly appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby, which was delicious and a lovely touch. And the free-flow water was a thoughtful bonus. The hotel's location is great, putting you right in the heart of Kunming's bustling atmosphere. While rooms facing the main road can pick up some noise, I found it acceptable and it actually added to the vibrant feel of being in a lively city. Overall, I'd highly recommend the Sfeel Hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and prime location. Was given free upgrade to a bigger room which we were delighted, however, due to the low soft proof nature of the room. I was woken up 325AM by PRC next door talking loudly and washing up, quite an unplesant experience to get distrupted sleep.. Otherwise, location and service are good. Room is clean and bed is comfy.

Good location and very good service. Room was extremely comfortable with Xiao Du and smart toilet. The welcome gift, daily free soft drinks in the room and the free coffee in the foyer was very much appreciated. Although during our stay, the floor below started renovation without the hotel's knowledge, the staff took swift action to mitigate the situation with the new owners and workers. Good job, Team SFeel.

Honestly everything is great. Service staff was very helpful and sincere, hotel rooms were very clean and spacious and the smart "xiaodu" assistant was so convenient. Location was great as well. We checked in very late so didn't manage to get adjacent rooms but got a free upgrade for one of the rooms instead. One thing I didn't like was that smoking was allowed in the rooms. Somehow smoke got vent into the room in the middle of the night and I had to change the aircon mode just to get through it. Would be perfect if it wasn't central or shared ventilation.

I would say location is the best. It's just down the hall to go to anywhere in the ancient city. Hotel room is so small, we could barely open our luggages, they said they overbooks that day so they give me smaller room instead of the actual room that I booked. No breakfast provided coz they dont have that, the hall is not maintained well, carpet is dirty but room is clean and bed is good. Water pressure is amazing but no bidet. Overall it's a good stay coz we stay here for 2 nights and despite the room is very small, we still enjoy the place due to the location.
