This is a great hotel, very clean room with a great view. The hotel staff are very friendly and super helpful and knowledgeable. Close to the flower market and metro. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Pros: - The room was new and stylish. - Had the largest TV I had ever seen in any hotel. - Hotel provides fresh fruit plate and tremella and pear dessert nightly. - bottled water and drinks available free flow from The fridge at reception desk. - bed and pillows were very comfortable, providing a good night’s rest. - about 20 min walk to the dounan flow market. - the reception kindly helped us collect our courier delivery. Cons: - room size was on the small side. There was barely space to keep 2 28” luggages open. - Our taxi had difficulty finding the location of the hotel even with the address provided and using baidu map. - we arrived at 11+pm and there was no one at the reception. The booking stated that reception was open 24hrs thus we did not make arrangement to notify about our arrival time. There was a signage that states that we could call a local mobile number to reach the staff. However, as our e-sim only had data and no talktime, we were unable to contact them, nor add them to WeChat. Eventually, fortunately a fellow hotel guest stepped out of their room and was kind enough to help us make a call to contact the reception. Overall a good experience.

The hotel is very clean and modern. It is located close to the gigantic flower market and has beautiful views from the 28th floor. The staff speak english and are very kind and helpful :)

I reserved three rooms for our family. We all surprised by the the good quality and cleanness of the room. The girls in front desk are extremely helpful. They provided flower cookies to us when we arrived and late made fresh coffee and tea to us. Since we came from US without WeChat pay account, they used their apps to help us to order food and book taxi services. Although this hotel is small and even we had a little bit difficult to find its exact location when we arrived, it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. All the services we received from the hotel made us feeling like we stayed with our family. The next time we go to visit Dounan Flower Market, we definitely will stay with them again. I certainly consider it as a 5-star hotel.

Overall all is good experiment. New renovation hotel at 28floor, all brand new factilites and thanks of breakfast served.

most enjoyable stay in Kunming near the flower market on the 28th floor in a brand new setup. Striking hyper-modern and tasteful design with comfy King bed in front of the biggest TV screen ever in a hotel room, automated curtains,lights and everything. what impresses most however is the quality and friendliness of the customer service. nothing is too much to ask and you will be welcomed every time with nice tea service and flower cakes. Highly recommended.

It’s a new hotel with an excellent staff who always had wanted to please our group. The location is close to the Dounan flower market and in walking distance to many restaurants as well as the subway station. The rooms are clean and WiFi is good. It’s peaceful.

這次入住十分出乎意料，我們本來以為就是一般的便捷酒店，但是其實超出了我們的預期。 剛來到酒店，小姐姐就給我們端來一碗鮮花餅和茶水，鮮花餅很好吃，小姐姐説是本地人經常吃的，還沒入住房間，我們就一下覺得酒店應該很不錯。 房間裏面很乾凈，不需要擔心物品的質量問題，物品準備的很周到，連面巾都給我們準備了，房間整體感覺很舒服，我感覺沒有瑕疵，房間裏瀰漫著一股花香，味道也不太濃，鼻子聞的很舒服。 服務：五星好評，小姐姐十分熱情，會提供很多點心，會給我們貼心的建議一些好玩的景點，好吃的餐食，打掃的阿姨還會經常清理地面和客廳的各個地方， 設施：酒店裡燈光看着十分舒服，電子設備也比較高級，我們對房間設施的性能都很滿意。 歡迎水果:水果都十分新鮮很乾凈，銀耳湯也很好喝，裏面有梨子和菠蘿，口感甜而不膩，喝的舒服極了，味道也不錯😌😌😌 衞生：我對酒店衞生十分滿意，酒店裡所有的裝飾都讓人看在爽心悦目，還有鮮花點綴，讓人感覺又現代又有浪漫的氣息。 環境：周圍是居民區，花市離這裏不是很遠，所以想去花市的朋友可以在這裏住一下，周圍環境沒有特別好，但是有一些鮮花批發廠和花園，可以去欣賞一下，住在這裏很舒服很安靜。 酒店是粉色鮮花主題，各種設備都很齊全，我們對這裏很滿意，下次有機會還會再來！！！ 感謝兩位管家姐姐熱情的接待，讓我有了不一樣的體驗。

酒店設計感滿滿，大堂鮮花小植物使人心曠神怡，房間乾淨整潔，前台服務熱情周到，給我們準備了花餅，糖水，味道還特別好，房間準備了鮮花和小水果，頓時感覺疲憊消除，精神抖擻，早餐乾淨，玫瑰花捲很特別，好吃，去南開花市近，推薦入住。

是選擇了這麼多酒店裡麪體驗感對標五星級最好的一家，在服務上店家前台的小姐姐非常的熱情細心，幾乎很多細節都能用心的給安排好，非常適合旅遊小白而且對自己酒店房間有品味的人來居住。 酒店的設施在入住的時候新而且質量很好，價格個人覺得比較親民，裝修和首頁一樣非常有格調。附近好吃的酒店前台小姐姐也會推薦，有洗衣服務幫忙烘乾裝好。近花市昆明南站和滇池，因為是高層視野也很開闊。 非常適合情侶或者自己來住！超級有品味有趣的一家店～ 有歡迎水果和當地好吃的烤鮮花餅，味道比較獨特值得一試！前台小姐姐也會親自在行李接上樓，居住記得提前聯繫店家，會安排的非常周到！

酒店是經過精心設計的，推窗即景。高層視線開闊，房間電視也是大屏幕，入住贈送了銀耳羹和現烤鮮花餅，還有水果。 樓下便利店，水果店都有，出行打車也很方便。距離斗南也不遠，打車幾分鐘，步行也衹需要10分鐘左右，樓下有小電驢。 管家也很熱心，有問必答還給我們推薦了附近的美食。酒店早餐也可以送到房間噢。推薦大家入住。
