Dream World Resort arvostelua

The road is very bad on the way to the hotel. Almost turned back and stayed at another hotel. Wifi service is not available in the room and feel very disappointed. The staff at the registration desk and the room service staff were excellent. The problem of water heater and the light not turning on in the bathroom was dealt with promptly. thanks for the urgent action. The beautiful view is very pleasant and if I want to stay here again, I want the same room. Service for room needs are also resolved immediately such as a perfect extra bed

沒有WiFi，手機信號也差，電視衹有一個台還都是雪花，熱水要燒半小時衹能用5分鐘不到，插座都是松的不能用，房間裏有股潮濕腐敗的味道，被子上有血漬，毛巾上又黃又黑，沒有牙刷等用具。位置在半山，風很大，晚上有點冷，但是離乳牛場很近，離山很近。早上下雨沒看到日出，趕緊撤了。

The ONLY thing good is the view. The location is highly inconvenient as there isn’t any convenient stores nearby. You need transport. There is no air conditioning and the water heater is a bit unstable. The meals at the restaurant aren’t great. The hotel staff are not very conversant in English, but they do try their best. Walking up and down the slope of this resort is tiring.

早上6點的神山 真的會讓你驚訝😲 我們住在最高的那一層， 開門往左看👀就是整座神山，而且沒有電線等等的擋着拍照視線😍😍😍 開門往右看👀就是一片雲海，風吹來真的很舒服，很冷🥶 就是房間好多小昆蟲呀，床單也沒有很乾凈，會癢..😂

廁所太陳舊了！屋外沒施也應該翻新一下！有好多設備已經壞了！怎麼説呢…比較合適當地的馬來人住！如果是我的話…以後再也不會回來這個酒店居住！！

The resort was on high ground and thus have a wonderful / fantastic view of Kundasang valley. The resort is a bit old. There was no free Internet in the room. The small 24 inc TV in the room was not working. No hair dryer and air con. There is 1 standing fan. I am ok with all Cleanliness was good.

Nice and relaxing view. Room is basic.

A bit far from eateries but resort has its own cafe and not bad. The access road is not well maintained. However, the view from the compound is spectacular and the resort is located at the higher level compared to the others.
