Super nice hotel! Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my Family would surely choose it again next time we visit Thekkady. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Great location, great service. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. Very special Thanks to Mr Vineeth ( General Manager) for making and maintaining such a wonderful staffs, ambience and Hospitality. Good value for the money. Food was delicious and with many choices. The food was fantastic, we took their breakfast buffet and there was an elaborate spread of South Indian breakfast - the Vada and coconut chutney were particularly fantastic. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for good food in Thekkady

It was an amazing stay . But we had some bad experiences as well .Staff was really Good . Especially the restaurant staff . Room service is little bit poor . Our room tv had some problem . When we informed them they didn't responded at all . And the Pool area is very congested and the Swimming pool is very small . Pool is in the 5 th floor . Food is just above average . Restaurant ambiance is nice . Breakfast was really GuD . Totally we were satisfied. This is located very near to the main tourist attractions .

This has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Everything from the friendly staff, to the food, the room, and the view was more than we expected. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting thekkady as I will definitely be returning.ecspecially the staffs are very cooperative, special thanks to front desk reshma, she is very helpful for our entire stay.
