Hello, my name is Zeenat Siddiqui.I recently booked a hotel stay in Manali. Hotel Name - Olgah Manali (For the first and last time) We were on our way to Manali and had an accident in Sunder Nagar in Himachal. I have requested MakeMyTrip executives' numbers several times, but no one is helping me or issuing me a refund. They are just saying that the hotel is not returning my money in this situation either. Is this the hotel's policy that even if someone has an accident, gets injured, or our car crashes, you still won't refund me? I informed the team and the hotel two days before the check-in date. The service from MMT and the hotel has been pathetic. MakeMyTrip assures that if anyone has a medical emergency, encounters a natural calamity, or experiences any unfortunate event, they have a policy of providing their customers with a 100% refundI've mailed my accident photos and videos to the senior executives, but there's no positive response. I'm a valued customer and have had many bookings from this website. I've contacted them multiple times but haven't received a response. I have no other option left. I'm a MakeMyTrip black member, and they're providing this kind of treatment to their customers. I'm very disappointed. I want a full refund. I had booked a hotel in Kasol and had told them about our accident. They provided me with a full refund that time only. Very bad behavior and response from this hotel.
