Extremely disappointed with my experience at ITC Hamsa. Right from the start, the service fell short of expectations. Check-in was delayed by over an hour. When I spoke to the manager, Mr. Prem, instead of acknowledging the delay, he chose to mislead me about the actual check-in time. Dishonesty from senior staff is unacceptable at any level, let alone a reputed brand like ITC. The issues didn’t stop there. The room was poorly insulated – constant wind noise made it difficult to relax, and I could clearly hear voices and movement from the room next door, which is shocking for a hotel in this category. To top it off, the in-house restaurant was a letdown. Multiple items on the menu were unavailable. Overall, the experience was far from what one would expect from a premium property. Basic hospitality, soundproofing, honest communication, and food availability need serious improvement. Would not recommend unless major changes are made.
