GoGo Land Resort & Adventurous Sports

Our time at Gogo Land Resort from December 18 to December 20, 2023, was a total disaster. The resort, located on an island, required us to park our car near the boat jetty and take a boat to get there. We booked a room for two nights based on their photos, videos, and Google reviews (even though I can't understand why there were so many four-star ratings). However, upon check in, the Waterscape Deluxe Room we reserved turned out to be much smaller than depicted. The rooms were cottage-style, but they were incredibly cramped, with space only for a cot and a cupboard . The cottages were surrounded by dirty, stinky water infested with mosquitoes, turning our evening into a mosquito-catching deal. To add to the disappointment, the resort had a pre-booking system for dinner. We booked it for 8:30 pm, but when we arrived at sharp 8.30 pm, the food was as cold as ice. The food was prepared much early.It felt like they were competing for the title of serving the worst dinner ever. Our overall experience at Gogo Land Resort was so disheartening that we had no choice but to cancel our reservation for the next day and seek refuge in another resort. Although the staff were friendly and cooperative, it didn't compensate for the multitude of issues. Even the complimentary breakfast, which had a decent variety and tasted okay, couldn't salvage our stay from being utterly terrible. So, a big thumbs down to Gogo Land Resort for turning our vacation into a complete mess. As someone who enjoys frequent travel, this was a first for me, and I sincerely hope to erase it from my memory.

The resort is situated in an island we have parked the car near boat Jetty and travel to the resort by a boat. My father has booked the room for 2 nights from 18 dec 23 to 20th dec 23 seeing their photos of rooms and videos sent by them and reviews in Google (don't know how so many 4 star reviews) After Checkin we realized the room we booked (waterscape deluxe room) size was totally different from the photos they send us. The rooms were in cottage style and the room size was that it could fit only a cot and no space for us to move around the room properly.the cottage was surrounded by dirty & stinky water with mosquito which spoiled our evening catching mosquito. There their system is booking dinner priorly. We gave the booking and told timing as 8.30 pm. But when we reached there at 8.30pm the food was cold. Our experience with Gogo land resort was totally disappointing. Because of our experience we were forced ourselves to cancel the next day booking and move to another resort.The staffs behaviour was good and cooperative. Complimentry Breakfast has a range of options and it was tasty. The resort stay gave us an unmemorable and dissapointing staycation. first time experience as a frequent traveller.
