Friendly Hotel arvostelua

Lovely and new hotel. Would have been perfect. But there was a red light in the room (I think it was some sort of security box) and it was very distracting at night. As it's almost above the bed. It was covered or removed. The hotel would have been perfect!

Everything ok

Only soap and no body shampoo is provided. There is also only one bottled water. Also suggest to provide bath robes and smart TV to elevate the quality. Room is not sound proof so when people walk by it's quite noisy. But other than that, the room is clean, well lit and water heater works well.

New hotel & room so comfortable. Location so strategy, shop & cafe around. Safe & sound. Recommended!

1st time to Kudat and Sabah so not knowing what to expect or standard of accommodation- did lots of reviews and was happy with our choice of Friendly. We drove into town and plenty of parking available at the front of the hotel. Group of 5 of us (old schoolmates of 60 years+ !) on a reunion tour! Friendly Hotel is around 3kms from the “old town” where the shops, seafood restaurants, markets and most of the shopping are although took us no more than 15 mins to get there. A straight and easy drive. Again, am glad with our choice of accommodation at Friendly – clean with amenities we needed, large bed, hot shower and local coffee shops (enough for basic meals). (I struggled to find accomm in the “old town” that met our “expectations”). We opted for deluxe rooms which were ok for us although didn’t have minibar (only available for the next higher style room on the top floor with great views of the sea but almost twice the price; we were only there for the night so were happy with our choice of rooms.) Definitely recommend staying and we would too, as long as you have a car so driving around and parking not an issue.

Nice hotel on the main road going into town on right. There are many shops nearby. Mr DIY, night club, phone shop etc etc. Probably needs a good restaurant nearby to become excellent. Room was good and comfortable. You need a car if you stay here.

The boutique hotel in Kudat. The room is so spacious, clean and luxurious. The eateries outlet, Watsons, Mr Diy and laundry are nearby hotel and walking distance Recommended hotel in kudat. Easy access to the town.

This hotel lived up to it's name with the friendly staffs, from reception to door man to room cleaners. The hotel looked new to me and is very clean. There are instant mee cups on display at the reception so you can buy them if hungry at midnite. The room has electric kettle, 2 coffee cups, coffee packs 2 bottles mineral water but no mini fridge. The bathroom is clean with dispisable toothbrush, mini soaps, etcThere is a simple shelf where you can put your stuff. The room is not very big but enough for 2 guests
