Hotel Lemongrass

While the hotel was below average the food was somewhat good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I stayed here overnight last week, had dinner here and again visited a week later on the way back. The experience was similar. They will serve you proactively only if it is a large group or if you order drinks. Everyone else seems secondary. I might not likely visit again.

Last year when I stayed at Lemon grass in January 2021 it was a wonderful experience in terms of stay and food. This year in February 2022 it was my second stay at this property. This visit was a terrible experience. Upon arrival at the hotel I had checked in room no 209. Had lunch ordered in restaurant a fish curry and rice. The curry was was stale and had a terrible coconut oil stench, on bringing to the notice of waiter it was replaced with another pathetic curry. Extra items (roti) added in the bill which were ever ordered. My colleagues arrived in evening, during dinner all the food served were cold. Morning breakfast not much options, and that too you have to personally go to kitchen to order'. All the staff waiters, are non - attentive and careless. Later we learnt that the earlier management has changed and someone else has overtaken, but inefficient in all aspects. Will lookout for something better next time..
