Express my dissatisfaction with our recent stay at this hotel. Upon checking into Room 1521, we quickly discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Maintenance was called, but despite their efforts, the issue persisted. After waiting with no follow-up from reception, I had to visit the front desk personally to escalate the matter. We were then moved to Room 1029, but the air conditioning in this room was also inadequate, making it difficult for me to sleep due to the room’s warmth and the loud noise from the unit. Additionally, the air conditioning appeared to be leaking and emitted an unpleasant smell, which I suspect was due to a lack of maintenance. There were also other inconveniences during our stay. We found that the bathroom had issues with the plug, and both bath towels and hand towels were missing, requiring us to call and request them. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests.
