First time staying here.A bit old for this hotel as Pullman hotel is well known hotel with 5 stars rating.But not really well maintain. The bathroom water pressure very low and quite dissapointed.The bathroom light is quite dark and feel uneasy. And need to brighter up the bathroom.

The hotel is in the midst of renovation. Upon arrival, the hotel upgraded my room from the king size bed room to the business suite. Reasonably good experience. Thank you.

I got bed bugs bites after staying at pullman kuching for one night. Red little spots appeared on my legs and shoulders on the next day. Emailed to their hotel to reflect on this but nobody responded.

We were welcomed by warm and friendly front desk staff and allowed early check-in. Our room was upgraded to executive suite from a king executive room. However, although the room is spacious, it only has basic amenities. The television was small and old with limited channels. Cocktail served at the club lounge and food served at breakfast was a disappointment. I think there are many things to be considered for the hotel to improve further.
