At Impiana by Roxy Hotel in Sarawak, guests can enjoy a relaxing stay in large, well-appointed rooms, a tasty yet light breakfast, and warm, attentive service at the front desk that ensures a truly pleasant experience.

Good hotel

Overall everything is ok. Simple and nice breakfast provided. The only thing need to complain is there was no housekeeping service for my stay of 3 days.

New hotel and good location

This hotel was recon after 20 years of abandoned. In overall, we think that the cleanliness is just acceptable, the piping is leaking making the toilet always wet. Secondly there is a lounge upstairs, it's quite chill. The room noise cancellation is abit bad, can hear noises from the other rooms.

Very comfortable!

Bed sheets and pillows cover very smelly. Room to dark. Window water liking. And water piping noisy. Whole night got water sounds

Nice and clean hotel

Location is not ideal with no nearby shops except for a small mini mart at hotel lobby. Very poor room lighting. And no cleaning of the bathroom at room despite our request to the hotel. Basin, hotel and shower area not cleaned up at all. There should be better shower screen and shower curtain as water splutters out onto the common bathroom floor which poses risk of fall. Two drainage holes were not covered till we asked the hotel to cover them and even the covers do not fit!!
