My family and I—my wife and our three daughters—recently stayed at The Inn Hotel in Malacca for a short getaway, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. What we liked: • Clean & Comfortable Rooms: The room was tidy and well-maintained. It wasn’t huge, but it was sufficient for a family like ours. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the air-conditioning worked well throughout our stay. • Location: The hotel is well-located, making it easy for us to explore the city. Major attractions like Jonker Street and the historical sites were just a short drive away. • Staff & Service: The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Housekeeping was prompt when we requested for additional towels and toiletries. • Affordability: It was a budget-friendly option, which made it great value for our family trip.

Overall a great place to stay for short stay. Me and husband stayed here because he joined the Terengganu Marathon 2025. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights. The furniture is complete albeit a bit old. Toilet is ok and clean, hot water functioning well. Managed to check in early as room is vacant which is a plus star from us :). The only comment I had is lack of plugs (only one free plugs available in the room) the other 2 is used for tv and since it’s the only entertainment, we watch the tv so we only left with 1 plug (a bit of a downside since we both have to charge our phone one by one and also our watches too). Another thing is they only have 1 hair dryer in the hotel. So if you want to use, need to wait it free 😅 thats all from me!

Overall it was a decent stay. Simple hotel with basic amenities which was sufficient due the nature of the stay. Located conveniently near eateries, KTCC Mall and 5 mins away form the hospital.

Good location. 4 mins walk to KTCC mall. Basic room - no hair dryer. Internet is non functioning. Sheets and toilet are clean, but very basic. You get what you paid for.

Horrible hotel. Actually is not a hotel, but a horrendous shabby pension. Very old room not renovated. Old furnitures. Old and dangerous lights bad attached to the wall. Dirty sheets NOT changed from previous nights. Very bad smelly pillows. WiFi not running until morning. Absolutely not recommended.

Stratergic location, walking distance to ktcc Got a free upgrade to a bigger room They let me have a late checkout Good value for money Clean and has no bad smell The only downside i would say is it’s not really soundproof You can hear people walking upstairs In my case, someone’s puking, probably having a morning sickness. Suitable for solo traveller I would stay here again for a short trip
