I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip and would like to share my experience. Unfortunately, cleanliness was the biggest letdown during my stay. The pillow had an unpleasant smell, and I found hair on the bath towel, and I was which raised concerns about housekeeping standards. This is an area a that definitely needs improvement. The location of the hotel is very strategic as it's just within 2-3 minutes walk to KTCC and the beach. The sea view at the family room is calming. Breakfast is okay - not too shabby with different main menu each day. The staff are polite. Restaurants, cafes and laundry shops are also within walking distance. The bed sheet and carpet in the toilet can be cleaner. Places of interests are not too far off either.

Cleanliness quite good. Location is strategic. Breakfast delicious and affordable price. Just the receptionist staffs not really friendly and pleasant, can be improved. Otherwise quite good, worth a repeat
