Главное в этом отеле это именно месторасположение.Сам отель достаточно старый и равен скорее 2звездам.Завтрак отличный. Экскурсии,как и сам парк, замечательные. Очень понравилась работа сотрудников экскурсий,гидов,ресепшен,все очень внимательные.

Good hospitality and many activities can done

It was a relaxing trip. Canopy is fun and worth going for. Activities are a bit expensive.

超級親近自然的酒店，身在其中猶如頂級美景花園。歐美遊客居多，洗澡設施較為簡單。有猴子出沒平添許多樂趣。自助早晚餐尚可。

Absolutely love this hotel. Its located at the heart of the national park! Park center is also located within the resort, all the nature walks are literally a stone throw away. If you were to stay elsewhere, you have to cross the river. Breakfast and dinner were amazing! The jungle walk, late berkoh boat ride and night boat ride are absolutely must! Boat rides seat 4pax, so if you are in a party of 4 will be the best else you would have to find others to share or pay for the whole boat. River ferry to the village is just Rm1 each way. 1min ride and a avaliable readily, we didn't had to wait at all. In my opinion this is the beat place to stay in.

The rooms are musty, the floors are not maintained properly, the restaurant service is very poor, looks like they dont care, they get a lot of business weather they want or no, so they dont bother. The place is a paradise but the hotel can make it home for the guest, unfortunately its not, car parking is a hassle, there is no one to guide you when you arrrive near the river, very very poorly handled. there is 90% scope of improvement,

I definitely will repeat this. We really enjoyed and had a great time there. The services and food were really great! Thanks for the hospitality ❤️ This is the only resort located inside of Taman Negara and it was such an unforgettable moment for us ❤️

With a wide variety of lodging options, make this your last choice. Room was unclean, toilet did not operate correctly, no hot water, animal droppings covered back porch area, bugs under mattress. no management oversight of condition of room. I complained and got my room switched

Amazing… But Incredible location and surroundings. Tours where great, and worth the money.. but, the cabins are old, and some of them is located quite far away. Worst thing was the food, absolutely disgusting, not even up to marginal standard - a shame, since the place has so much potential.
