recently stayed at this property and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, as it is very close to Alor Star, which offers a wide variety of delicious food options. Whether you're craving local cuisine or international dishes, there's something for everyone nearby. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. It was evident that guest satisfaction is a priority here. If you're looking for a convenient place to stay with easy access to Alor Star's vibrant food scene, I highly recommend this property. I will definitely be returning for my next trip!

This hotel offers convenient access to nearby attractions, with Jalan Alor just a 5-minute walk away and Pavilion Centre within a 15-minute stroll. The staff consistently provided excellent service, demonstrating courtesy and helpfulness. The rooms were clean, and the facilities were adequate. The only drawback was the lack of elevator access to the car park.

great experience, room is pretty comfortable

Its great for families as the bed is big enough for 2 adults and 1 toddler! The toilet is spacious too so its easy to shower the little one. Plenty of space to put things around as shown in the picture. Even has a small sofa for the kids to sit on when we were packing. Great hotel! Great staff at the reception and housekeeping was thorough :)

Room water heater was not hot. Overall ok but maintenance must be checked regularly to detect any defects.

Strategic place to stay in bukit bintang. Worth staying if you are travelling with family

The dinner served in e restaurant is nicely presented and delicious. Room is also big and spacious with comfy beds. I had a good 2nights stay over there and It is located very near to jalan alor street. I really love the hotel.

I was initially concerned about staying at this hotel after reading reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. However, my experience turned out to be pleasant and even exceeded my expectations. While it’s true that there was some mold in the corners of the room and bathroom as noted by others, it didn’t bother me much. Soundproofing could also be better as I occasionally heard chairs being dragged upstairs and doors slamming in the hallway, but these noises were infrequent and didn’t disrupt my stay. On the bright side, the room and bathroom smelled fresh. The towels and bed sheets provided were clean and fresh, though some had minor old stains. The sofa pillow do had a slight odor though so I avoided that. The bed was also comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay. The shower’s water pressure and temperature were excellent and the hotel staff was friendly too! The standout feature of this hotel is its fantastic location. It’s within walking distance of many popular tourist spots like Jalan Alor Food Street, Chinatown, TRX Mall, and Pavilion, making it incredibly convenient. The breakfast was also pretty decent, offering a decent spread with an egg-cooking station, dim sum, nasi lemak, roti canai, fresh fruits, and pastries. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and the convenience and comfort outweighed the minor flaws.

KUL空港からGrabで約45分の繁華街に位置するホテルです。 ホテルの徒歩圏内には、モノレールのImbi駅やLRTのHang Tuah駅があります。 また、有名なアロー通りまで徒歩約5分で行けるため、深夜まで各国料理を満喫できます。 ホテルのエントランスは華やかで清潔感があり、とても綺麗でした。 部屋は清潔で洗練されたスタイリッシュな雰囲気が漂っていました。 湯船はありませんが、シャワーの水圧は十分に強く、水温調整も簡単で快適でした。 エレベーターはルームキーを使用しないと指定の階に行けない仕組みで、セキュリティ面でも安心できました。 今回は早朝に到着したため、外がまだ暗い中、一旦荷物を預けて休憩しようと思っていました。 しかし、飛行機の疲れから、主人と二人でロビーの目立たないコーナーのソファに座り込んで寝てしまいました。 その際、ルームキーを持ったスタッフに起こされ、「お部屋でお休みください」と声をかけていただき、 預けていた荷物を運んでくださったことに本当に感動しました。 コストパフォーマンスが抜群で清潔なこのホテルで、3泊快適に過ごすことができました。またぜひ利用したいと思います。

The room was clean and a good size for us as a family of five.  Despite the strategic location, we still need to book grab to go to Jln Alor / Bukit Bintang since its not possible for walking.
