Room size is really big. Location wise is not bad except for the bad traffic. Taking a grab during peak hours is a nono.

Strategic location of hotel. Very Near LRT. Walking distance to Sungei Wang Mall / Plaza, Jl. Alor (Cheap night market area) and if you walk further can go to Pavilion as well. Very Clean hotel. Friendly Front staff, they are also fluent in many languages.

I am suppose to checkin at 2pm but only checkin at 4.20pm. The reason being the last occupant had late checkout late. Should have informed us earlier or at least have some complimentary coffee drinks at the lobby while waiting. When we checkin, the housekeeper was in a hurry to clean until she forgotten to place some items like soap bar , shaving kit. I hope to have a pleasant stay the next time if I were to book the hotel. The location is good, close to shopping centres and foods, but far away from big crowds. The choices of shopping and foods are many and varied. The kettle in the room smelled of burned plastics. A substitute had the same fault. We decided not to use it and not drinking tea or coffee in the room.
